It was a mutually beneficial stay - we had a need for a room because of Sydney airport’s underdeveloped operations. Pullman had a need to rent unused rooms. Your staff was rude, unhelpful. Your dining room person saw us standing in wait for breakfast to open. Yet he helped other guests. Your concierge promised to help contact our taxi driver for a later pickup - they didn’t; the driver had to unnecessarily wait for us to finish breakfast. We don’t expect to ever stay at your hotel again. Perhaps your hotel is only for white people or a certain “elite” set of people. We possibly didn’t qualify. So be it. I’m sure each of us will find other alternatives.
