Good stay but not as good as first time

The experience was not as great as our first visit. The aircon in the room was broken and makes the room quite warm. I have to call the staff 2x to be able to get the mechanic come and finally fix it. They don’t have hard copy menu at the restaurant, hence we have to check all the menu via phone, while all the menus are just words, without any picture in it. When I asked whether I can get the printed out menu, they said they don’t have it at all (??) and I have to see the menu through my phone. I wonder why they don’t want to spare a small budget to print out the menu. It’s post covid and not all visitors are young people, or still have good eyes. I don’t know, I used to love to stay at this hotel because my 1st visit experience was great. But I think I will reconsider another options for next trip.

very impressive experience, friendly staff, very good facilities especially many of the facilities are integrated with the Novotel but unfortunately we couldn't swim at the Novotel and the food ran out quickly but overall it was good, thanks yaa..
