Just late check in, we arrived 14:00, but our room is not ready yet and take almost 30 munites to wait. We expect when we arrive at 14:00 and our room is ready.

Everything was good, the bed, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the staff etc. However the electrical sockets in the rooms was a disappointment. The holes was loose, my electrical plugs keeps sliding, not firm in the socket. Worried for fire and damaging my equipment.

My past experiences: 1. Damp smell due to water leak from ceiling. This is my most recent stay. 2. Bed, bed sheet and pillows had cigarettes smell. I had to request room change. 3. Hairdryer in some room malfunction 4. Fridge in all rooms I had stayed in are not cold and some smelled so bad. Overall it's very disappointing.
