The hairdryer was broken

Overall experience was good, like the previous stays. The reception staff provided sufficient assistance with check-in process and helped me a great deal when I was given the room not too long after, giving me ample time to get ready for my meeting that day.

a rare and unfortunate experience - an unclean bed, bad first response from housekeeping and the front desk.. although the management tried to make up for it
