While we are glad to hear you have chosen us before, we are deeply saddened to learn that your recent experience showed a decline in our service quality. ​First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused by the inconsistency in our Front Office services. We are truly sorry for the initial handling of your lost item and the miscommunication regarding the replacement shower towel.
