Another great stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The service was seamless from WhatsApp confirmation to check-in, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a Business Suite via my ALL Accor status. Special requests for extra towels and pillows were fulfilled promptly without needing reminders. The room was in great shape, even if not brand-new. Breakfast offered great variety with ample seating, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. The gym and pool are well-equipped, though extending the 9:00 PM closing time would be ideal. Novotel Pekanbaru remains my top choice in the city.

Overall, it was a good stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as always. I also really like the new King Koil pillows — they are a big improvement and much more comfortable than the old ones. The only disappointment is the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Unfortunately, this seems to happen almost every stay, with sheets having blood, oil or ink stains on them. It would be great if more attention could be given to this, as otherwise the stay was very enjoyable.

Actually no complain about hospitality and facility overall just comment for Novotel grade hotel should be check for small details in Bathroom like tray rope need to check it just connect in not correct way should be change will be better, so we will not loose the feeling that it is Novotel not budget hotel.

The room was too small and old. The water supply was running slow, and the Wi-Fi was not fast. The light in the room was too dark. Breakfast was acceptable. When comparing it to Novotel Palembang, we paid less, but the room was more spacious, newer, and the water supply was running well. I recommend renovating the room's decoration.
