Room was clean and tidy, hotel staff was nice and helpfull. The only issue we had was that we weren't fully informed about breakfast hours, that they differ between weekend and week days, so on Monday we came down to late :(

We were made very welcome the minute we arrived. A person from Reception greeted me in the underground car park and offered to carry my baggage to the room. This was the beginning of a perfect stay

Not the first time to stay here. The really friendly welcome from the team recognising us from before was wonderful. Family who were staying for the first time also felt really welcome. Love the movie theme and design. Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent location. Also love the cosy pub like feel of the bar/welcome area with books and board games. Shame the Scrabble had disappeared. Oh , and without even requesting this time, we were given rooms on floors and with views that I've asked for in the past. Truly amazing hospitality. We will be back.
