First time stay this hotel, its really close to subway station and the room is clean. Service is super friendly especially Carmen yeu from the front desk. Helped me early check in and make appointment for me at hair salon. Thanks a lot for the excellent services. Will come back next time.

Hi, I stayed there from 30 Dec to 4 Jan and on the day I arrived, I lost my phone in the taxi and a staff of yours, Trent, was very patient and took lengths to contact the necessary people to help track down the phone. His communication was clear, service was holistic and thanks to him we manage to get our phone back that night. Just wanted to highlight on his professionalism. Hope this feedback will reach to him and his management, it might seem like a small help but it means a lot to foreigner guests like us who only have the hotel staff to turn to. Thank you!

I have stayed at ibis style hotels dragon city several times, and always had comfortable service by the staff. For check in, the receptionist, Carmen Yeu, remembered me, and very kindly and warmly welcomed us with a smile, explaining all the information we needed gently. The hotel has an easy access to the station, and is very convieninet for travelling.

The location is 10/10. The service manners 12/10. The Housekeeping team 12/10. The reception provides the top-notch service. I deeply appreciate all staffs who gave us great service experience regardless how hard/random the request it is. Most of all, house keeping ladies are the hero. Everything is kept in pristine conditions when those heroes complete their duties.
