嘘をつくスタッフに注意

早朝到着時には、毎回利用している。 アコーメンバーなので、毎回部屋をアップグレードしてもらっている。 今回もいつもと同じ時刻にチェックインをしたが、部屋がアップグレードされていないので、理由を尋ねると「日付が変わった後にチェックインするとアコーメンバーのベネフィットは無くなる。昨日チェックインしていないから仕方ない。」と言われた。事前に決済は完了しており、過去何度も同じ時刻にチェックインしているが、そんな事は言われた事が無い。 不審に思い、アコーカスタマーケアに連絡すると、単にアップグレード対象の部屋が満室だったとの事。フロントスタッフは、満室と言えば済む話を嘘をついて誤魔化そうとしていた事がわかった。フロントも初めて見る人が多く、スタッフの質が低下した事を理解した。スタッフの信頼は、ホテルに対する信頼に直結するので、以前の評価を変更した。 ピックアップは、スタッフが待合せ場所に待ってくれているのでトラブルはなかった。ドロップオフは、注意が必要で必ず注意が必要。時間は余裕を持って30分前を選択した方が良い。必ず遅れてくる客がいるのと、段ボール箱を沢山持ってくる客がいるので出発は遅れる。預けた荷物が潰れてしまうので覚悟した方がいい。 レストランは広いので席が無くなることはないと思う。場所がら宿泊客が集中する時間帯は、ロビーが騒がしくなる。エレベーターが4基あるが、上手く使えない客が多いので注意。

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe

Dieses Hotel war quasi für drei Tage Station, um eine Erkältung auszukurieren. Der Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß mit modernem Bad und insgesamt sauber. Das Bett war bequem, so dass die Schlafqualität auch entsprechend gut war. Leider ließen sich aber die Fenster nicht öffnen, dafür funktioniert die Klimaanlage gut und auch wenn man nicht im Zimmer ist. Es gibt ganztägig die Möglichkeit ausreichend zu speisen. Mittags unten im Restaurant und abends schön im Rooftop-Restaurant. Dazu gibt es im Hotel einen Starbucks integriert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber ich habe bessere Frühstücke im Vietnam gesehen. So war zum Beispiel die Brot- und Brötchenauswahl sehr bescheiden und klassische Tiefkühlware.

Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt im Ibis Saigon Airport vor unserer Weiterreise nach Phu Quoc. Upgrade, Welcome Drinks und ein Welcome Treatment wie gewohnt . Unser 19. Aufenthalt im Ibis Saigon Airport und garantiert nicht unser letzter. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, mit allem, was man sich wünscht . Tolle Rooftop Bar mit ausgezeichneter Karte auch was das Essen angeht . Schöner Pool mit liegen und ein gut ausgestattet genanntes Fitnessstudio sowie Sauna und Dampfbad. Kostenloser Transfer von und zum Flughafen. Freundlicher Service überall . Jederzeit gerne wieder, uns sehr zu empfehlen

Hôtel connecté à l’aéroport via une navette toutes les 1/2 heure. De nombreux resto aux alentours pour se restaurer. Petits déjeuner buffet plutôt bon. Rapport qualité prix favorable. Bref parfait pour une nuit avant un vol matinal ou après un vol tardif. Je recommande.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã, restaurante para suas refeições, Starbucks dentro do hotel e piscina e bar no terraço para curtir seu “happy hour” e especialmente à vista da cidade a noite, ótimo atendimento em geral.
