Novotel Saigon Centre 4 estrelas

Bad experience. Arrived 1.10pm today. No room to check in. Cos hotel was fully booked. Disappointed but at least I got my welcome drink and free room upgrade (as a gold member) :) 9pm. Arrived back at hotel to check into e room. Found the room card was not working. Turned out the room door was faulty instead. Confirmed and double confirmed with the staff that we are allowed to bring visitors after 10pm. This is provided the visitors are registered at e reception. Decided to do a mystery test with a local colleague. But turned out this is fake. All outside guests are not permitted after 10pm, irregardless registration or not. Based on past trip-advisor reviews, this is my 6th time staying here and probably my worst. Shall try Pullman Saigon in my next trip instead.

Right from the time of arrival at Hotel to time of leaving the hotel , i came across hotel staff who would offer services with a smile. Efficient check in , nicely appointed clean rooms, good executive lounge and restaurants. Very nice Breakfast and with my being a Vegetarian with coriander allergy F&B staff ensured that i was served tasty freshly prepared meals accordingly both at Breakfast and in the Executive lounge. My flight was around Midnight so frontdesk staff gave me a late checkout until 6 pm and allowed me the use of Executive lounge until 8 pm when i left hotel for airport. Efficient checkout too . It really helped me. The housekeeping staff were efficient and cleaned the room meticulously. The Conceige too was very good giving maps and helping with sightseeing & shopping tips and locations & transportation. All in all a wonderful stay and i will always stay here when next in HCMC. I would highly recommend this hotel to business and leisure guests. Must thank Duy conceige Cuong F&B mgr Q Anh. Late check out Long. Check in . Thank you all.

I have always been a patreon at Novotek Saigon for business. Just wanted to give a special shout out to the friendliest receptionist, Mr. Minh Thong, for providing the best check-in experience, making my return familiar & warm. I think he is a foodie, always happy to share yummy food recommendations too. Best customer service! 👌

Airless smelly rooms. There right nowcant sleep because the rooms are too suffocating without the air conditioning on. With it on it is too noisy to sleep. The room really does smell bad. The windows do not open. Yuk! Havent had breakfst yet so will see. Bed is large but two separate mattress. Pillows substandard compared to other vietnamese hotels. In superior room. Not sure what js superior about it. Not even a robe.

I am pretty Suprised with the warm welcome and greeting from this hotel. They never ever fail to make me feel SPECIAL and WELCOME. Especially Chi Thao, The Front Desk Manager, she remember what I likes and she always performs beyond my expectations. I will never choose another hotel in Ho Chi Minh!!!
