Regarding transportation, we would like to clarify that our complimentary shuttle bus service is currently available to and from Terminals 1 and 2 only. At this time, Terminal 3 is not yet included in our shuttle route, and guests traveling via Terminal 3 may need to use a taxi or ride-hailing service. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to review guest needs and operational feasibility. Concerning the room experience, maintaining the spirit of the ibis brand worldwide, we provide standard yet comfortable rooms designed with efficiency and practicality in mind. A key highlight is our signature Sweet Bed by ibis, which has been carefully developed to ensure a pleasant and restful sleep. We sincerely hope that, despite your concern about room size, you were able to enjoy the comfort of our Sweet Bed and feel well-rested for your onward journey.
