The stay was great. It was nice to have free airport shuttle service. Room is nice and cozy. The toothbrush needs to be changed..every brush I have bristles lodging in my mouth which is unpleasant. The breakfast selection is ok.

After arriving into Ho Chi Minh City at 1:40am following a late flight from Beijing, the Ibis Saigon Airport was exactly what we needed. The airport pick-up and shuttle service was prompt and well organised, making the transfer effortless at a very late hour. Reception staff were efficient, professional and genuinely friendly, providing a warm welcome that immediately set the tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, a spacious two-bedroom suite with everything required for a restful night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom facilities, including both shower and bath, were clean and relaxing with reliable hot water. Breakfast the following morning was a real highlight. There was an excellent range of options including Pho Bo, freshly prepared omelettes, Western breakfast choices, pastries and plentiful coffee. The dining team were attentive and courteous throughout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Service was outstanding, with staff always on hand and happy to help. Overall, this was an excellent airport hotel experience, efficient, comfortable and welcoming. Ideal for late arrivals or short stays, and a great example of the quality and service Accor consistently delivers. I would happily stay here again and confidently recommend it to others.

I want to express my gratitude to your front desk Ms Nhan. I have booked for several days and need to early check out due to flight issue. Unfortunately, while I arrived the airport and realized that my flight was cancelled. I have to book a room to stay, and further check All.com and only 2-3 rooms left. So, I have to book to ascertain there is someplace to stay for another day. While I back to the same hotel. The front desk lady noticed me and granted me back to my room and support me to cancel the unnecessary booking. It is not a matter of room rate for a few hundred of dollars, but it is a sense of understand the guest needs and difficulty with a helping hand. That’s amazing. Thank you.

The iced coffee came lukewarm and the credit card machine did not work. The neighbors were really loud and it was hard to sleep. The website said the hotel was walking distance, but it turned out that the walk was not safe.
