Thank you very much to the personel and special thanks to the Manager. We had a great time in Mercure hotel which has a great location, just near to the old city of Tbilisi. We enjoyed at stunning Sky7 Terrace Bar and Asado Steak House. Also we had a great massage. Hotel facilities are great. We were very pleased with our stay at Mercure Hotel

It was a great stay, hotel offers quality service in almost all aspects, there is free water, tea and coffe in the room and the hotel itself is located in the historical center of the city. The rooms are cozy. Very friendly and positive team at the reception. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintance❤

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel Old Town Tbilisi for two weeks, and it was indeed a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and helpful demeanor. The Hotel is well located in the Old Town Tbilisi, and I had easy access to many interesting places. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. I also enjoyed other meals at the hotel, which were fantastic. The steaks they served were delicious. The bar had an excellent selection of wines and spirits. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful city. The coffee machine and the juice bar in the room are to be commended. I want to thank Mariam, George, and Gvantsa from the front office for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also want to mention a lovely little girl named Mariam in the restaurant, who was incredibly helpful and added a touch of joy to every meal. The barman provided excellent service to the clients, helping to select suitable wines and prepare cocktails. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel Old Town Tbilisi to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 3 days, and came to the hotel right after a snow trip at Gudauri. I highlighted about my daughter’s birthday to the hotels several days before we arrived and they prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for her. She was very happy and talked about it non stop to everyone she met 🥳 Shoutout to Mariam from the reception and Valentina at the Asado Restaurant 🫶🏻 The hotel location was excellent., the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Eventho we Had some concerns during our stays but then sorted excellently by the Manager on duty. Surely stayed in this hotel became one of the highlights of our Trip in Georgia! 🇬🇪
