Had a wonderful 3 nights stay; staff was amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast lack a bit of variety but I’m overall pleased with the experience.

Firstly the 2nd bed in the family room, have a hard edge on the corner that is protruding out. It is very easy to kick in it, especially in the middle of the night when you Hk for washroom, both my wife and myself kick on that edge 2 times each in our 3 nights stay. Secondly, the towel has got many fluffy things after we clean in from shower, it’s a bad quality towel, that stay in the body and neck after our shower when we use the towel

We arrived before 10pm from a long flight. It was good to see a friendly face of your front desk staff Marie (sorry can’t remember her full name but she is from Peru) who efficiently sorted everything out as I had done a pre-check-in which I appreciated. I also wanted to make a special mention to Tenzein who was lovely and helpful to us when we needed photos for our metro cards. It was good that the hotel was next to Metro line 13 which was helpful as we had two events to attend and this was our first time in Paris, so it made it easier for us to learn how to navigate the extensive metro system.

Stayed at the property with my family. we had booked two family rooms, the stay was comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to reach by public transportation. There are plenty of eating outlets closeby and overall stay was comfortable. Only issue we faced was that the taxi arranged by the hotel for our drop to the rail station overcharged us - we ended us paying twice the fare shown on Uber. Would recommend booking directly rather than through the hotel.
