what an excellent hotel. 3 minute walk from Wembley Park tube station. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. the room was spacious and very clean with a very large bed . The bathroom was also clean with a large walk in shower with great water pressure with shower gel , shampoo etc ... and plenty of clean towels. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet style but was plentiful and well worth the money also had marmite available which is always a bonus point . if we're back this way again will definitely becoming back here

I have already spoken to the manager today, and wanted to express my thanks to your lovely staff, but Siddhi and Goncalo stood out. They were both a credit to themselves, and as a company you benefit from their professionalism and attention to detail. Siddhi, was very helpful upon our arrival, courteous, patient and friendly, with a positive 'can-do' attitude. Goncalo was attentive and assisted my husband who is gluten intolerant, and remembered him the following morning and assisted at breakfast. For all 4 of us, they assisted us and nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

We stayed here for a week and out stay at the hotel was wonderful. We have stayed at multiple Novotel properties and the standards are consistent. The whole staff at the Wembley Hotel were warm, friendly and professional. Mabel, Samrat, Vicky, Ashish, Hasan were super hospitable. Always checking in on us while we passed or enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. The decor was set to the festive season. The housekeeping was on point. The gym could use an overhaul. We will definitely return to the hotel because it was the way the staff made us feel during our stay.

When booking you need to have a clear statement about how to check in, bearing in mind the front of the hotel is not for cars, There needs to be a CLEAR Statement about how to check in ie. HIDDEN GATE WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND
