We enjoyed an excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. We especially enjoyed having interconnected rooms which was excellent for a family. Rooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable.

Clean modern hotel, with great amenities, Good breakfast, nice bar and a pool. The room was clean, modern and large for the cost. Foyer is large and airy with attentive staff. Car parking is also abundant.

One of the best ibis I have ever seen. Bedroom was clean, very new and larger than expected and the batgbath was a proper one. Location is very convenient if you visit the Congress center. Lastly staff has been great.

-No air conditioning (technical problem apparently) -got access to another room, (north oriented and potentially cooler) , middle of the night after I complained, but discovered it was already occupied so I unfortunately woke the bedroom owner up... -in the morning, 6.30, went for breakfast, which was completely devastated by a group of Chinese tourists. Good location, nearby Malpensa airport. An unfortunate bad experience.

I am very sorry for his breakfast, next time we will manage the service in a better and more efficient way, in order to satisfy all our guests. Hotel very nice, well located and maintained, staff in general helpful and professional. You should just replace the new chief of waitresses of the restaurant (ibis kitchen), treats customers very rudely and also gives bad treatment to his subordinates in front of customers. I am planning to come back to this hotel, but if that person stills is in the restaurant, I will never eat there.

The Hotel has location advantage and is very clean. Rooms are nice & clean with modern amenities. The staff was very helpful and professional. I appreciate the fact that Hotel provides 5 euro voucher to encourage guest to avoid cleaning if not required. The buffet breakfast is okay. It could be be improved to have more options and if menu can have some varieties. Daily having same offerings is boring if anyone is staying little longer.Supermarket and McDonalds is nearby which is helpful.

The room was great - the shower was fantastic. Dinner was not so great - seemed very synthetic which was a shame considering we had pasta. Breakfast was quite dis organised with a lack of cutlery and plates but the choice was good.

Very good location, there is a fast bus which go straight to Milano Lampugnano Tube & Bus Station, also it's only 30 minutes by car to the Malpensa Airport. Rooms are very quite & clean, the hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious!

Modern and clean hotel very spacious rooms . Clean . Kind staff at reception . Excellent location for Milano fiera Rho. Nice cut green lawn just outside. Small but furnished shopping center for all things forgotten home. Needs a better choice of fudges at the restaurant. The usual ibis buffet would have been appreciated . Needs more street indication near the location

Newly build IBIS hotel located just next to a high way so good option to travel to Milano or continue further down to South. Definitely a value for money, good breakfast as well. Close to McDonalds for late night food. Big rooms and bathrooms. Nice place to stay.

Spacious and silent modern and very clean room, very good breakfast with excellent coffee. One technical issue with the bathroom (bidet), the bathroom was else excellent. The mattress was a bit too soft.

We stayed at this hotel in May on our way to Florence and gave it the best review we could because we were so pleased and impressed by all aspects of the hotel. This time it was a totally different story, the hotel was still the same but the service in the restaurant was appalling,, it took 2hours to take our order and a further 30 mins to deliver it. The drinks we had at the bar when we first arrived had not been cleared away some three hours later. The main problem was the lack of staff in the hotel. Those on duty were rushed off their feet and I must say worked their socks off, they were pleasant despite having to look after a full quota of customers. Ibis know in advance how many guests they have why can't they put on he nessesary number of staff to serve them. This is not an isolated incident in an ibis hotel, it has happened at our stays in St Omer Colmar, Reims and now in Milan Fiera. I can only assume they are cutting staff to the bone to maximise profit and the customer if suffering as a result. If this is the case then we will look to another hotel chain when we are travelling in Europe.

Everything in the hotel was good, from the location (GPS coordinates were spot on) in going to the Milan expo which was the main reason for being in Milan, very welcoming and helpful staffs at the front desk, the spacious room, wifi connection and the buffet breakfast. The only "disappointment" was the dinner selection was very limited and service could be a bit faster.

Hotel conveniently placed in Milan for the Expo Site. It is Clean, nice size rooms, Staff lovely. Parking available which is a great help. Breakfast menu okay if you get an inclusive deal. Would recommend.

What a lovely hotel! We arrived after a 19 hour drive because of the weather. It was so easy to find located just of the Autostrada, we were exhausted and the check in was so quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend.
