Worst Experience EVER!! Won’t be back.

My partner and I was here for 4 night in July and is by far our worst experience ever. After the first night we woke up with loads of bites all over us and when we had a look at the sheets we notice bed bugs. We went down to reception immediately and was told to pack our things up we were getting an “upgraded room”. We where so dissatisfied there was stained bedding, loose hairs lying around and going to sleep in fear that we where going to go to sleep and be ate alive again. Honestly has well and truly ruined our experience in Milan and we won’t be back. If you take anything from this review. Just spend the extra few pounds for somewhere you can trust the cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel is well located, extremely clean and tidy. It is a simple hotel, but very well taken care of. It's a wonderful option if you are trying to save money. The staff were friendly and the food and breakfast were really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly situated 3 mins from metro and bus station. Staff very good. Room was good with everything you need and nice and cool with a/c. Breakfast excellent choices

Bedbugs in their hotel!! Serious health risks

Severe lapse in cleanliness and hygiene standards .. experienced bedbugs bites during my stay which affected my overall stay and I experiend physical discomfort, itching ans burning sensation through my trip in Milan. They put their guests at health risk . I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone on earth
