Very bad experience with this hotel management & staff. my wife lost the hand baggages with mobile phone and medicine from the Bill Desk then to they are not ready to show us the CCTV footage I think the staff is being involved in this? They tried many reasons not to show cctv footage which creates alot of doubts on management staff. I will not at all recommend from India to anybody if they want to lose their anything go there sid Indian

On the day in question, your group left more than 100 pieces of luggage in our lobby without prior notice or a request for storage service. Kindly note that our reception area is designed for guest check-in, guest assistance, and other reception duties. It is not a designated luggage storage facility and does not operate as a custody service. Regarding your request to view CCTV footage, as per our policy and privacy regulations, recordings can only be accessed in the presence and with the authorization of the police. This measure protects the privacy and security of all guests, and we are fully cooperating with the authorities in their investigation. Please be assured that our team is ready to assist the police as required and that we have nothing to hide. We truly empathize with the inconvenience caused. At the same time, we kindly remind all our valued guests that luggage should always be kept under personal supervision unless specific storage arrangements are made with the hotel. We had a previous reservation as we were flying to Milano that day and wanted to leave the Milano region and head towards our destination the next day to the Belluno area in the Dolomites. We received the room normally for handicapped people, it was OK, just the shower needs something to avoid splashing water all over. Bed comfortable and the breakfast was very good and varied. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and food was very good, and service very kind.

Not a good experience for us due to lack of a good air conditioning system

Air conditioning was insuficient at least for us. I spent a couple of hot spring days at this hotel in Milano (in early June) and the rooms were very warm (hot) despite of the air conditioning system. I changed rooms 2 times and all 3 rooms were almost the same. Almost no air blowing from the vents. Sleeping at nigh was difficult in that condition. I completed the survey sent by the hotel after returning home with a constructive criticism to this bad experience we had and the management seemed not to care about, telling me that the air conditioning system worked fine. Rooms are nice, breakfast is ok and the staff was very friendly and responsive. In my opinion, this is a hotel to avoid in summer if you dont like to be in warm/hot environments.

Air conditioning was blowing from the vents but it needs a little time until room can be cold as by your preferred temperature. In your initial room, there was an issue, as already spoked, but in the other 2 rooms you changed the air condition needed time considering that Executive room has 2 rooms and needs more time to refresh. We are sorry that you didn't had a good experience at our hotel, thank you again for your reports that helps us to improve our services. Is clear that each of us want to have the best in a hotel and Air condition these days is very important. Our maintenance team is daily involved on monitoring all our 154 hotel rooms to make sure everything is working properly. We hope to welcome you again at our hotel for a better experience. On face value the hotel looks ok, but it’s in a desperate shopping centre that looks like it’s been in a war. As I write (at 4am having had an hour sleep) I’m busy chasing mosquitoes around my room that have come in through the window (that is open because there is no air conditioning that works). The room is uncomfortably hot. I have had to change my hotel room key 4 times in 3 days as their keys are super sensitive, it’s just so tiring when all you want to do is go to your room, you have to que up and get yet another key made. Breakfast is average with terrible eggs and a poor selection of things you don’t want for breakfast, like cakes. Parking is busy and not covered, we ended up parking down the road as nothing was available and then worried it would get broken in to. The staff are nice, but his hotel has just taken cost cutting too far.

everything was perfect, personnel very gentle and nice, room very comfortable and quite. The room was clean and very elegant. I enjoy my stay since i travel and stay in the hotel every week and i feel very good
