Room is tiny and like a sauna. They advertise AC but they don’t have it. I did not sleep at all - even with the window open it was hot. It’s also quite a depressing location and the breakfast buffet (€18) is really not good at all. On a positive note the reception staff is great and very friendly! But I will never stay here again. Possibly never at a Novotel again. 😊

To be honest the room was so nice and clean The hotel from Linate airport around 10/15 minutes to drive But the organised was so bad because I was booked for shuttle but from the reception doesn't tell me where should I wait for the driver and for return time I was booked first shuttle at 05:30 morning the lady told me the driver will be come 10/15 minutes early so don't worry because I was told her my flight is 07:00 morning to go to London so I have need right time But that day driver has come 10/15 minutes late and he had wait for other customers they was not booked to go that time and I said to the driver please go as soon as you can because I have need go immediately but the driver never try to understand me that's why I had arrived 25/30 minutes late on the airport I was panic that time and than I run to the gate otherwise gate will be closed N.B- If you need anything like dental kit/shaving kit or sleeper you have to call always and you should go to the reception for collect really it's very bad services for this kind of hotel

Our shuttle bus time table is from 05.30 in the morning until 10.30 p.m. so I can’t understand why you were waiting the service at 5 a.m. I would have suggested to refund the cost of the shuttle bus so you could have taken a taxi and didn’t risk to miss your flight. We can’t anticipate the time table because the service is for all our guests. I’m really sorry if our times weren’t explained very well to you and I apologies on the behalf of my team. I am going to share you feedback with my department in order to try to be clearer for the next time. I have a wonderful staying with Novotel Milan Linate Airport , with great views Rooms was specious, Bathroom was good, Location is most convenient, There is Tram station near the Hotel and very convenient to travel city center, Duomo Di Milano, My overall experience is great

Really enjoyed my time here! Friendly hotel also very spacious. Public transport easy accessible, downstairs space was really nice to just relax in. Would come back here. Pool wasn’t open at the time, also did not have food at the restaurant.

Here is the translation of your review into polite English: I stayed at the hotel this past August to attend the Monza Formula 1 Grand Prix and also spend a few days in Milan. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated at a midpoint. The facilities were excellent, as were the rooms. However, I encountered a couple of issues, and unfortunately, the staff that assisted me had a rather poor attitude. On the second night, I discovered that the room's safe was not functioning; it got locked, and I had to request assistance to have it opened. This happened on a Thursday night, and early Friday morning, I needed my passport, which was inside the safe, as we were going on a tour to Switzerland. I couldn't sleep, worrying if someone would arrive in time the next morning. Fortunately, they did, and the safe was opened just in time. Due to this incident, I decided not to use the safe again and instead left some money inside one of my bags. Big mistake! The night before my check-out (scheduled for the following morning at 6 am), I realized that the money I had left in my bag, around $700, was missing. That same night, I went to the front desk to speak to the hotel manager, but they informed me that since it was Sunday, there was no manager available until after the time of my planned check-out the next day. I asked what I should do, whether I should call the police or take other actions, and they responded with a very poor attitude, saying I could do whatever I wanted. In the end, I know my mistake was leaving something outside of the safe, but I didn’t expect the staff to search through my bags looking for something to steal. The following day, I emailed the hotel manager, who apologized but essentially blamed me for not requesting a room change when the safe wasn’t working. She also claimed to have tested the safe, stating that it worked, although it clearly didn’t in my case.
