My friend and I stayed in Novotel Linate for a night. I already stayed one year ago and I booked again. The hotel is located 5 minutes driving from airport ,where you can reach with a shuttle offered by the hotel for the cost of 5 € per person. If you want get to the hotel from Central Station , you can take Tram 27 from Piazza Fontana,which in 30 minutes bring you there. The room are good. Breakfast was excellent . We used also the restaurant within the hotel the night when we arrived. All in all we were very glad to book it.

Non of my requests were honored. I booked a room with a sleeper sofa, in case they couldn't convert the double bed into twins. I expressly demanded a non-smoking room where no one had smoked in before. I asked for a quiet room far away from the elevator... Got none of it! Plus the carpet and furniture had stains all over... 😞 And it was so loud! Could hear every conversation in the hall, outside and in the room next door. Never again

This certainly doesn't meet the standards we strive to maintain, and I understand your frustration. Regarding the sofa bed, it wasn't prepared because it wasn't requested in advance and maybe twin rooms weren't available when you booked, otherwise we would have gave you with pleasure. I’m glad the room was clean and the location was convenient, but I truly hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a better experience next time. Room is tiny and like a sauna. They advertise AC but they don’t have it. I did not sleep at all - even with the window open it was hot. It’s also quite a depressing location and the breakfast buffet (€18) is really not good at all. On a positive note the reception staff is great and very friendly! But I will never stay here again. Possibly never at a Novotel again. 😊

To be honest the room was so nice and clean The hotel from Linate airport around 10/15 minutes to drive But the organised was so bad because I was booked for shuttle but from the reception doesn't tell me where should I wait for the driver and for return time I was booked first shuttle at 05:30 morning the lady told me the driver will be come 10/15 minutes early so don't worry because I was told her my flight is 07:00 morning to go to London so I have need right time But that day driver has come 10/15 minutes late and he had wait for other customers they was not booked to go that time and I said to the driver please go as soon as you can because I have need go immediately but the driver never try to understand me that's why I had arrived 25/30 minutes late on the airport I was panic that time and than I run to the gate otherwise gate will be closed N.B- If you need anything like dental kit/shaving kit or sleeper you have to call always and you should go to the reception for collect really it's very bad services for this kind of hotel

Our shuttle bus time table is from 05.30 in the morning until 10.30 p.m. so I can’t understand why you were waiting the service at 5 a.m. I would have suggested to refund the cost of the shuttle bus so you could have taken a taxi and didn’t risk to miss your flight. We can’t anticipate the time table because the service is for all our guests. I’m really sorry if our times weren’t explained very well to you and I apologies on the behalf of my team. I am going to share you feedback with my department in order to try to be clearer for the next time. Despite all, I hope that what you have described won’t ruin the reputation that you have of the hotel and if you will give us another chance, we will do our best to regain your trust and turn your opinion to the better. I have a wonderful staying with Novotel Milan Linate Airport , with great views Rooms was specious, Bathroom was good, Location is most convenient, There is Tram station near the Hotel and very convenient to travel city center, Duomo Di Milano, My overall experience is great
