As a loyal member of the Accor Group I regularly stay in their hotels so I have a certain benchmark in mind and this hotel really didn’t cut it. The regular amenities you’d find in the room were missing (bottled water. Beatrice, slippers, coffee) and to iron my clothes I had to ring reception to bring me an iron and told to bring my clothes to a room on the 1st floor where there were 2 wall attached ironing tables (!). That was a first for me in a 4* hotel. Nevermind. None of this is really grave in the grand scheme of things but the experience just did not match the expectation.

whatever you want to visit the city or using the Linate airport, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel is just 15 minutes driving from the city center and 5 minutes from airport. The restaurant is a great one with excellent cuisine, swimming pool in summer is a plus in Milan, large garden for kids and events, wifi in hotel works perfectly. will be back again. Special mention to Guglielmo, Lorena e Martina

The trip was amazing. The hotel stay was fantastic. Only issue with the hotel. You have to ask for coffee/Tea and cups for your room. They don't have any in your room. The bar tender was amazing. Other than that. We had great rooms. Which the hotel conveniently placed side by side. I will be staying here again and referring friends to this specific hotel. Thanks

Located near Linate airport it is easily reachable. Across the street there is the tram stop of nr. 27 which takes you directly to the Duomo within 25 minutes. The hotel has a small pool but the shower in the rooms is equaly perfect after a day of hard work

Disappointed how Covid19 makes hotels ude excuses for poor service. We had poor service from checkin to checkout. A/C not working so room very hot. Breakfast on all three days were with a minimum of 30 wait due to people not being allowed to collect own breakfast buffe. Before you say it is the law then I can assure you that both Hilton and Radisson did not make us wait to access food. So it can be done but Novotel does not care. Poor all the way thru

We read some reviews about malfunctioning air conditioning about 19 thru 21 july. Traveled the following week and system was back in service, both at 1st and 3rd floors where we were staying. Special thanks to the desk crew. Efficient, and more than adequate to meet hosts needs; at time of checkout, multiple positions activated to expedite pax flow.

I have been a great fan of amico tel for over 30 years. The hotel rooms are fine but the reception was manned by one person which resulted in a long queue and unnecessary delays. Not ideal for an airport hotel. We arrived 5 minutes after 10 PM abd the Resturant was closed so there was no chance of a decent meal, again not the best for an airport hotel. We were told to go to the bar which was not manned and we had to wait a long time for attendance. Overall surprising from Novotel

On this occasion we stayed only 1 night. As usual, check-in was smooth and staff very friendly. Great room and, enjoyable meal in the restaurant. As a silver member the welcome drink was much appreciated.

To take the hotel shuttle bus on arriving at Linate airport, you should go upstairs to the "Departures" area and find exit #4, call the hotel and ask them to collect you. Then wait, and wait, and wait, and wait...….. The service is supposed to be every 30mins, but their driver left me waiting 50 minutes for the 2 minute drive to the hotel. Thanks !

felt warmly welcomed. Mr Nishantha Pasqual welcomed us extra well good location close to airport. Kids had their little gifts Kaleidoscopes which they enjoyed. We lost a phone and the staff was kind enough to locate it and hand it over to us

Dear, I arrived to airport and had to wait 30 minutes the navette, then when he came he even did not say hello, I had to open the door by my own (even the door trunk..), so started to be surprise. Then, the staff at the reception (right side of the entrance one men) should whelcome better with smile and answering to the question. I asked him if the navette to go back to the airport is available early morning, answer "starting 5.30", i asked my flight is at 7am, do you think is fine : "i do not know, if you want i book a taxi" but his answer way was very rude. I also informed him that unfortunately I will not use the breakfast (I am fasting so I book the breakfast by mistake) that I paid, he was not caring, i had to ask him to ask his manager and put a not, what he did but never come back to me, no feedback. Last but not least, the second day somebody (I supposed the cleaning company), moved my luggage (why not, even if it is not normal) but they put it on my dress which were on the small table!, it was really the cherry on the cake, once I informed the reception, a women told me :" you have to send an email to the manager", it was not an email that I was looking for but an answer. Really disapointed.

What you mentioned doesn’t reflect our way of make our guests feel welcome. Our shuttle service has a scheduled timetable from Monday to Friday from 05.30 every 30 minutes until 11 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. till 11 p.m. I would like to apologies for what happened for the breakfast and for the luggage on your dress. We would have preferred to do something during your stay but what I can say now is that, thanks to your feedback we will pay more attention for the future to avoid similar situation. Avoid the rooms at the ground floor; in some rooms bathroom without bidet! Probably specific rooms for wheelchair access (all my respect) but at check in desk it's better to ask before to the customer his preferences! :-)

The hotel is located away from the city but it is not a regular airport hotel. Nice for vacations with family. Well connected to Tram No. 27 which will take you to the centre of city in around 20 mins. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is also good. Rooms were clean but dust was observed in nooks & corners. This needs to be taken care of. Overall satisfactory stay.

My flight from London to Milan Linate was 1 and half hour , the check in at the hotel took nearly the same , one hour to be precisely.Only one member of staff Vesna was her name was at the reception doing check in for a large group , she was doing her very best but the waiting time is not acceptable especially in this type of hotel by the airport where people stay most of the time for business trips etc.I had reserved a twin room , when i finally got to the check in i did mention to the member of staff who gave me the key cards for the room . Happy to finally go to our room to freshen up ........only until when we open the room and find out that there was only double one bed instead of the two beds, in the bathroom there was hair on the sink.We try to call from the phone to reception but with no answer probably because the person in reception was busy.we go back downstairs with our luggages and find another group checking in so we do another queue still only with Vesna only being the only member doing check in.when we finally got in front the lady asked her for the twin room as i had booked and she said that there were no twin room left.she sent a maid to make up the sofa into a bed.I cannot stress enough that we were extremely disappointed with the service and luck of staff and bad reservation as all of this could have been prevented and enjoy the stay at your hotel.shocking service and quality standards very low.

Front desk seriously understaffed. Gave incorrect information, e.g. failed to point out that before using the recommend bus to the city, one needed to have a ticket, tickets are not available on the busses.

We could not swim as pool was packed with people that were not guest of the hotel It was like a bunch ofanimals going to drink from the river we were not told of outsider pool party and it was disgusting as people were very noisy and out of controll on top of not having any sleep the night before as doors were slammed in holway untill 12.30 am The first impact was 10 minutes after we arrived when we had lunch ,we 3 club sandwiches which is supposed to be turkey or chicken with lettuce tomato bacon instead we got mayonnaise sandwiches with 1 once of chicken and egg salad the bread was so socked in mayonnaise we had to sand them back and the waiter kept insisting the club sandwiches in italy are different first of all you dont put mayo untill you ask costumer says yes second the bacon goes inside sandwich and not on a tooth pick on side of the plate It was so bad we checked out 1 day before I repeat it again ( worst expirience of my 41 years of travel) Novotel never again
