Dear Mrs Schuppli, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I apologize for the issues you encountered with the smell, the carpet, and the noise. This certainly doesn't meet the standards we strive to maintain, and I understand your frustration. Regarding the sofa bed, it wasn't prepared because it wasn't requested in advance and maybe twin rooms weren't available when you booked, otherwise we would have gave you with pleasure. I’m glad the room was clean and the location was convenient, but I truly hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a better experience next time. Dear Guest, I’m sorry to read that you didn’t fully enjoy your stay with us. Our shuttle bus time table is from 05.30 in the morning until 10.30 p.m. so I can’t understand why you were waiting the service at 5 a.m. I would have suggested to refund the cost of the shuttle bus so you could have taken a taxi and didn’t risk to miss your flight. We can’t anticipate the time table because the service is for all our guests. I’m really sorry if our times weren’t explained very well to you and I apologies on the behalf of my team. I am going to share you feedback with my department in order to try to be clearer for the next time. Despite all, I hope that what you have described won’t ruin the reputation that you have of the hotel and if you will give us another chance, we will do our best to regain your trust and turn your opinion to the better.
