Hello I wanted to share my feedback. This Novotel is the worst Novotel I have stayed in my life and I have stayed in lot of them. This should be an IBIS or lower. The bathroom was old and stained. The extra bed in the couch was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty and had hair on them. If I didn't have an early morning flight I would have left the hotel. Just disgusting

I've stayed in my share of airport hotels so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. This one didn't live up to even that. Pros: *close to the airport. *somewhat reasonable price for a hotel Cons: * our room was small and desperately needs renovating. The bathroom was tiny and, well, gross. * dinner: the only option for dinner at the hotel is a 30 Euro buffet. That's it. * when we were there the huge indoor bar was closed the entire time. There was a small bar outside, just beyond the pool. There wasn't always someone at the bar (I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up, finally someone came out). The outdoor bar is also very poorly stocked so if you use it, stick to basic drinks. * the shuttle to the airport is an additional charge. * when we checked in the guy working there was great. Later when we went back to ask some questions it was a different person and he made it plain that dealing with guests wasn't his favorite thing. Personally, next time I need to fly out of Linate I will look for other options.

We came a little early for the check in so we ate lunch in the restaurant. We ordered one kids menu, and the waitress said nothing about that. When she came out with the food, she got mad because there were no small kids at the table. I ordered a pasta that was way too salty, neither my dad (who eats everything) or me could manage to eat it. The waitor told us they make this everyday when we told it had a strange taste and was not eatable. All inn all, Terrible lunch and bad service.

We booked (2 adults 3 children) to be close to the airport after a weeks vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff friendly. But the restaurant vastly overpriced and the food bland at best, they closed the outdoor area to cater a private birthday party and the shuttle was apparently “broken” resulting in expensive cab rides to the airport the next day. Given we were looking for a space for kids to hang out, decent food and efficient logistics, we were let down. Suggestion for families: stay somewhere in Milano, have a nice evening wandering about seeing things, eat quality food at decent prices and catch the train to the airport the next day.

Tired and not maintained, these are first thoughts you get when you check in to the room. First the positive points - 1. Good location and connectivity 2. Friendly supportive staff 3. Good breakfast Now the negatives - 1. Family rooms are only in the ground floor, only a small window so you may feel bit claustrophobic. 2. Room is not spacious and bit tired looking. 3.Looks like not much attention was given to maintenance - bathroom tap was old and almost broken with no markings of hot and cold, wardrobe hinges were broken, TV remote was not working. 4. Not even a proper coffee mug in the room. 5. Wifi is so slow in the room you won’t even be able to check mails in mobile. They give WiFi code only for 24 hours, so each day you need to go request for new code.
