Firstly, the room we had was not as described, this was the upgraded room as it was our anniversary they provided us with a different room. The room I was in was terrible with very lumpy bed and pillows. The room had beetle looking bugs. It was rather disgusting and whether they bite or not it’s not healthy or cleanly. The hotel was very dirty and you could tell the cleaner did a very quick clean, with stains on the telephone, lamp, bedding and towel. The television also provided was in Italian which in itself isn’t a bad thing, however being so close to an airport it should cater for much more, and be allowed to cast other apps ‘Netflix/ YouTube etc.’ via phone but when asked i was told it was a security issue as to why they blocked it off. They were also unable to provide an iron to the room due to said security reasons which I didn’t know prior or appreciate. When quizzed about this the attendant was very nonchalant, dismissive and no explanation was offered bar security reasons. The room also had a lack of air conditioning which is very dangerous for me as I have serious asthma. The room wouldn’t cool. The property was also described as being near a train a station for easy commutes into the city. This wasn’t the case. The train station is back at the airport which is a 12 minute drive however, will cost you 20-25 euros to get there via a “shuttle bus”. The van in itself had no signage to show what hotel they were from. Also in regards to the “shuttle bus” it’s a scam as each time the prices were different as hotel told us one thing and driver another. After 1 of my 3 nights of my dirty bug infested room, not being able to watch TV, no iron, dismissive workers and 20-30 euro train station runs, I decided to call it quits and find somewhere else to stay. Which I have incurred an additional cost. Terrible decision to stay here, won’t be coming back. Not to say all Novotel are bad as an avid traveller i have stayed in Novotel in many countries but this one was by far the worst. Best thing about my stay here was leaving. Trust me stay somewhere else 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I am sorry that you did not find all the services up to your expectations, I assure you that my team is committed every day to provide an impeccable service. About bedbugs in the room I am already aware of the problem; we have already done four disinfections, from July to February for this type of insects but being in close proximity to a wooded area the infestation of bedbugs can continue, albeit in a moderate way. I know it’s no excuse, but I can assure you these insects are completely harmless. Cleanliness is our priority so I will personally investigate with housekeeping staff how this did not happen during your stay. I apologize for this personally. Our televisions have Italian, English, French and German channels; you need to scroll through the various channels to find the one in the language you wish.In case you had searched without finding the channel in the desired language, our staff is enabled to reprogram the TV programs. I confirm, however, that although our televisions are "smart", you can not connect your devices for security reasons, such as virus. As for the use of the iron in the room, I confirm here too that we can not have ironing in the room for safety issues, such as damage to the carpet, or if, due to a distraction or by mistake, the iron should fall into the bed could cause a that could damage your tv or even your devices. Air conditioning, is active, during the summer while in autumn/ winter we have hot air, which however the guest can decide to turn off through the thermostat that is located in the room. The shuttle has a price that varies according to the time slot, from 05:00 to 10:00 am and from 18:00 to 23:00 pm is € 20 per room, otherwise outside these time slots has a cost of € 25 for 4 people, from 5 people up to a maximum of 8 is €35. Spent one night here on my way stopping over for night and one night on way back first night we were facing the pool and it was quiet had good sleep second time nfacing out front and couldn’t sleep every sound from road was clear in room as if windows seal’s broken basic breakfast and expensive shuttle bus nothing available here if you arrive on late flight

I am sorry that your sleep was disturbed during your last stay; being near the airport, all our rooms are soundproofed just to avoid being annoyed by the outside noise. I would like to know if you have indicated this inconvenience to our staff in order to verify the correct tightness of the window or alternatively, proposing a change of room, as is our custom in these cases. I am also sorry that the breakfast did not please your palate; we offer a varied range of products, from sweet to salty, and I regret that no product has met your expectations. Finally, as regards the shuttle, we are aware that the price may seem excessive, but this is due to the increase in the price of fuel. We hope to regain your trust having you back soon as our guest

I went with my family on Tuesday 15.11.2022. I booked two rooms and also booked breakfast. We got there and soon lost our passport and mobile phone and our bag with baby milk and a small bottle of baby food. We immediately complained to the front office and asked to see the video clip, but they refused saying that only the manager could see it. Don't know what to do, when we asked the manager to talk about it he didn't come from the office, we didn't understand what this was, we didn't know how to contact the police officer, we were there. Loss for hours. No one said anything to comfort that such an incident happened

The only good qualities of this hotel were the location, staff was nice and rooms were clean. The hotel itself seemed a little run down. Flooring was warped outside the elevator which I almost tripped on. The breakfast buffet was the worst buffet I've had in a long time.

I booked this “airport” hotel through a travel agent Via Expedia. I was under the false assumption that it was close to airport where I could rest before my outbound flight. It cost 55 euros for round trip shuttle service to hotel/airport. Upon arrival, went to room and bed and sofa couch were not made. Returned to front desk. Next room smelled like an ashtray. Third room was average. Safe would not work. Shower had no hot water. Room temperature could not be adjusted. The front desk staff were not attentive or helpful. The pool was off limits. Limited wine selection and no “real” food till 7pm which was not great. I pointed out that the sister hotel, Ibis, offered free shuttle service to airport. To quiet me, front desk gave a coupon for a free wine or beer. They explained it is not true due to old Covid rules and manager needs to change web design. The breakfast buffet was good.
