Dear Customer, I'm really struggling to respond to your review as I don't understand the point of your discomfort. Trying to answer, I remind you that our hotel is located in a typical airport area which, like most of the airport areas in the world, is isolated from the center, in fact, as clearly specified on our website, Piazza Duomo is 70km away. I remind you that there are 2 restaurants 200 meters away, one of which is the Novotel one which offers Ibis guests a 10% discount. The surroundings are safe inhabited by quiet people, most of whom work for our hotels and the airport. As for the room, the size of 20m2 is the same as all Ibis hotels in the world. The billiards are available to all guests, you just need to have the patience to wait your turn. Best regards. Andrea Morandini - general manager
