We stayed there, as many travellers do, because of the airport close by. The surroundings are not the most interesting and the hotel is located next to a busy motorway. But no noise or interference was noticeable. Best point of the hotel is the friendly staff, whether at the reception, in the bar or in he breakfast buffet room. The room was modern, spacious and very well equipped. Special mention for the Nespresso. Breakfast is good and plenty. It is possible to dine in, next door or in the town at about 10 min walking Highly recommended

Accommodation and meals provided by BA as flight cancelled. Disappointing. Lunch was given in a paper carrier bag, carton of water, luke warm slice of lasagne, green beans & carrots, few slices of baguette all in cardboard boxes, served in sparse lounge with bare seating. Dinner in restaurant, choice of pasta, cubed potatoes or processed cod in breadcrumbs, nothing else, despite reasonable menu advertised. Breakfast was good. fairly isolated location with no shop or nearby cafe as alternative. Room comfortable, but air con not working on hot day.

Poor hospitality, very remote area, no shop or restaurant nearby and too far from duomo square. Not adviced to stay here. There was very less space in room and the neighbourhood was very not safe to roam after sunset and snooker table is not allowed to use apparently there are guests sleeping there at all times.

Dear Customer, I'm really struggling to respond to your review as I don't understand the point of your discomfort. Trying to answer, I remind you that our hotel is located in a typical airport area which, like most of the airport areas in the world, is isolated from the center, in fact, as clearly specified on our website, Piazza Duomo is 70km away. I remind you that there are 2 restaurants 200 meters away, one of which is the Novotel one which offers Ibis guests a 10% discount. The surroundings are safe inhabited by quiet people, most of whom work for our hotels and the airport. As for the room, the size of 20m2 is the same as all Ibis hotels in the world. The billiards are available to all guests, you just need to have the patience to wait your turn. Best regards. Andrea Morandini - general manager

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. | sent a package separately, but it was lost at the hotel due to mistake of express company. However, the hotel staff made the best effort to find it and sent it to my home. The hotel location is close to Malpensa Airport and shuttle bus is available for transportation. Some of restaurants and stores are also available nearby the hotel.

The hotel is correct for a night, and clean. The lady at the reception is very nice. They a have a shuttle to the airport at 5 euros. The hotel is located at 8 min away from the airport. Very handy. I recommended it for a night in case you missed the flight.
