Poor service at the check in desk.. a person came to the front desk from some kind of office in the back, and simply ignored the line of people waiting to be serviced. Later, when I finally was doing the check in, I’ve asked the clerk who the person was, and he told the guy was the hotel supervisor. The hotel supervisor could have helped the front desk clerk.. but he didn't give a sh… Amazing lack of empathy. Later, the room was not cleaned as it should.. the sheets and towels were kind a yellowish and were not smelling as cleaned. Terrible experience. One positive comment: the breakfast was really good. Good food, fruits and very nice service ladies(2). Anyway.. no one stays in a hotel just for the breakfast .. they definitively need to improve.

Overall our stay was fine, I would to say something that bothered us, the towels were hard and smelly and second the shower wasn’t good, seems to be old shower we couldn’t enjoy taking shower. But the staffs was cooperative and overall environment was good.
