Our check in is ok. The staffs are friendly and courteous. But the facilities, especially the bathroom in the lobby is untidy. We checked in at Holiday time but they are understaffed. The food prices are unbelievably very high and the room we stayed smells a bit musty. It's our 15th year Anniversary as a married couple but we did not feel special at all unlike othe Accor Hotel like Sofitel. But we still enjoyed our stay. The breakfast are impeccable and the beddings are immaculate. Overrall, it's an ok experience.

We feel relaxed and comfy because of the room is big enough. Though I feel disappointed because I was expecting there will be some sort of note greetings since I emailed the hotel that it's a wedding anniversary on Dec 25 and my husband's birthday the following day. But there was none. Also, the curtain was dusty when the maintenance pulled the curtain so we can see the view. The curtain was closed when we arrived.
