Unrelaxed stay

The room was a dump. AC not working only heating. Device falling apart. Couldn't open the window. Something was broken so I managed to open it a bit. AC device was all the time beeping. Furniture outdated and worn out. Shower would flood. I would say that it was clean but that no one used my room for quite some time. I told the receptionist to order me a cab at certain time in the morning, and as everything in the hotel this service wasn't provided. Other receptionist order me one in the morning. Can't believe this is a 5 star hotel and 100+euro room. It looks like a big scam. I am sending special regards to the receptionist hope I can return the favour

Everything was great but every time I come it's the same. insufficient parking and insufficient materials for religious worship (e.g. prayer rugs for prayers) Herşey çok güzeldi ama her geldiğimde aynı şeyle karşılaşıyorum. Otopark yetersiz ve ibadet için yeterli malzeme yok (mesela namaz için seccade)

Despite having an airconditioning control in the room the system was centrally controlled and only offered heating! Reception suggested we open the window. As it was already noisy we moved to a room at the back and signed a form to have the window unlocked! Very odd.

it seems that the hotel equipment is all old and needs to be renovated. For example, I asked for an iron, and the iron that came to me was very old and broken, and the steam part did not work. In general, I don't think that they pay attention to the details like before, but the behavior of the staff was very good and completely I was satisfied
