Upon entering the room, the temperature was at 25C. However, since it is winter, the hotel did not allowed us to control the heating ourselves. Upon calling the reception, she said they used central heating dyring this time, and asked us to open the window to make our room cooler. At this point, our room already at 28C (there were 4 of us in the room). We opened the window and slept near the window, as this was the only place that was colder, but unfortunately the noise from outside just too loud. As we were too tired from the journey, we just make do with what we had and fall asleep, just to be woken up with the temperature of the room at 26C. The hotel should allowed the customer to control their room temperature by themselves as people have their own prefereces for this. As for the breakfast, excellent varieties and everything was delicious.

I had a fantastic time at The Roof Restaurant. The atmosphere was energetic and full of life, with great live music and lots of dancing. The whole place had a fun and vibrant vibe. The staff were excellent very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the night. A special thanks to İlyas and Güneş for making the experience even more enjoyable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended

We stayed here as a tour group and everyone rooms was so hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open. Barely got any sleep listening to all the traffic and waking up to the song of prayer right by our window. My bed was so uncomfortable I could barely move due to how bumpy it was. I could only lay on one side and was not able to roll over, it was a twin bed. The only good thing was the food, at breakfast I wanted a boiled egg and I thought it would be warm and fresh since I saw the lady placing fresh eggs in the warmer but it was ice cold. The whole building was very warm, so we stayed outside and enjoyed a glass of wine before dinner. I would not stay here.

Great restaurant moderately ok fitness & spa Friendly front office staff However Not clean rooms ! No air condition and their excuse for that they switched it to winter mode where my room was on fire ! Extremely old fashion elevators ! and really bad manner technical department who re not trying to help at all . All they say open your windows ( that u can only do for 3 inches ) facing the one of the busiest highway of Turkey 🤣

Over all disappointing stay. Never again.

The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Rugs are stained and buckling. Veneer is splitting on the counters. My window handle is loose and can’t lock. I hear the traffic. They had turned on the heat and turned off the AC. The temperature was quite warm today, and we needed AC. They have to upgrade their system. They did open the window before we arrived, but then we couldn’t close it for quiet. The television turned on, but there was no direction for which source to use for channels. TV mode listed channels, but none populated.
