Aluguei 2 quartos para minha família e não tinha toalha nem cobertor suficiente. Liguei na recepção solicitando a tolha e cobertor e o atendente Felipe disse para eu buscar os itens na recepção pois não tinha ninguém para levar até o quarto. Muito me admira um hotel da rede Accor, presente no mundo se recusa a fazer o básico, que é disponibilizar os itens essenciais para uma boa estadia. O Recepcionista Felipe foi extremamente grosso e debochado não se importando nem um pouco com o hóspede. Lastimável que um hotel que leva o nome Accor tenha um atendimento assim, péssimo!!!
