Dear Mr. W.; Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to know that you found our late-night team friendly, your room clean and comfortable, and that you enjoyed a good night’s rest as well as our breakfast. We also appreciate your comments regarding the walking route from the bus terminal. We understand your concern, especially when arriving late at night, and we are sorry that getting to the hotel was not as convenient as you had expected. Your feedback is very valuable and helps future travelers better plan their arrival. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on your next trip to Querétaro.

Worst hotel experience. Passing a twin bed for a double is the lowest form of savings that I have seen in any hotel chain.

I booked this hotel because I was arriving at the bus terminal late at night and it looked like it was a short walk away. It's not, and I had to take a taxi due to the walking route being a bit dangerous at that time. That said, the hotel was good for the price paid. The late night staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed and pillows comfy, and breakfast was ok.

Well, we just rest for a few hours, so there's not much to say. Just that the room was a little bit hot even with the air-conditioning and I felt also tha the bathroom was little dirty but fine.

Dear Mr P.; Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing us. We are glad to know that you found our location convenient for your stay. We sincerely apologize that the room temperature and bathroom cleanliness did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments are important to us and will be shared with our team to reinforce our cleaning standards and review the air-conditioning performance. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more comfortable experience. Kind regards,
