Overall OK. Kedudukan strategik, dekat dengan dobi. Very useful for us as traveler. Breakfast bnyk variasi makanan. Pool , hairdryer, gym semua lengkap, bersih, dan boleh digunakan.

Untuk pengalaman saya 3 hari 2 malam bermalam dekat sini sangat biasa-biasa sahaja. Ia sesuai untuk syarikat2 atau persatuan untuk membuat seminar sahaja. Sebab pada hari Pertama saya bermalam, aircond dalam bilik tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

saya menginap dari tanggal 23 sd 28 oktober 2024 dan membatalkan yang tanggal 24 sd 28 oktober ...tapi sampai saat ini penyelesaian refund belum ada

Dear Mr H., Thank you for your feedback and review in regard your recent stay with us at Mercure Selangor Selayang. For your kind information your booking falls under advance booking with the terms and conditions of non refundable and non cancelable. Booking will be charged upon confirmation of booking based on booking terms and conditions. However as we had advise you, we had agree to dismissed this terms and conditions and refund back in full amount. We had proceed with the refund on the 24th of September 2024 and from our merchant back information, the refund process have been successful on the 27th of September 2024. We would appreciate that you could check back with you credit card issuance bank on why they haven't not refund back the amount to your account. Unfortunately that the process of your credit card issuance bank is beyond the Hotel jurisdiction. Its unfortunate that this matter have impacted your overall stay experience rating.
