We found everything very nice. Location of hotel is very good. Room was nicely furnished and housekeeping staff cleaned room properly with utmost care for hygiene. Restaurant services were very nice and prompt. Reception staff was very courteous and helpful. From Check-in to check out every process is quite smooth you do not feel any rush during busy hours also, which makes the process very smooth. The swimming pool was very beautiful and clean, the gym was also very good, it was a small gym but the trainer was very helpful, from workout to stretching

Experience of staying here at Grand mercure is always like second home.From the time you check-in till the time of check-out each and every moment feels special here.Each and every Hotel staff is one of most co-operative staff i have ever seen..But would like to mention some few special ones like Poorvi & Anish at the reservation desk will always welcome you with their elegant smile,Then Sarfarazbhai & Pradeepbhai in dining hall will see that u r served the food fresh & delicious as served at home.Then Rajubhai,Mahesh,Mutlib will make u comfortable with your luggage.Then the Gym trainer Nilesh will see that u get the best of the experience at Gym & pool.So Thank you Grand mercure for the wonderful experience.

The hotel was very good, it was near the station. The food of the hotel was very tasty. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms were also very clean. All the hotel staff, reception staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was very small but the water was clean. The gym was also very good but the equipment was a little less but the gym trainer gives very good training and very good stretching, overall it was a good experience, if we come again then we will stay in this hotel
