The single occupancy room was great! It had all the amenities that I wanted - chappals for use inside the room, dental kit and safe etc. The double occupancy room was missing some of these room amenities.

Cab facility is not good. In food got stone particles and informed to Manager Mr. Choudhary or Yadav. Electric cut 2-3 for short duration. Not picked call from Reception from outside. Not more variation in food.

Initially I was made to wait for my room to get ready and then put into a Concrete Box kind of a room which had no windows. After I complained I was moved to 1719. I would request that the room that I was initially put in which was next to the SPA (1103) be removed from your list of rooms. When checking out I was billed for a different room and the bill amount was wrong. Though I insisted that it was wrong and even showed my booking reference, the floor manager was more intent in arguing with me to prove his point rather than see my booking reference which was being shown to him. They kept saying that my room was on some DAF plan and that I had to pay for the Breakfast and I kept requesting them to check my booking reference which said that Breakfast was paid for. At the end they agreed to waive of my BF charges and said that there was no payments required for the room which was quite surprising. Due to this I agreed to pay the BF charges only to be called on my mobile when I was at the airport to tell me that I was wrongly informed and that I had to pay for the room, which is what I kept insisting to them in the first place. They billed me for a room no. 1715 when I stayed in room no. 1719. This after I gave them the key card that had the room number, showed them my booking reference and everything possible. And also to be argued with during check out though I had requested them during Breakfast to keep my bills ready.

The place is well located, rooms and restaurant were neat and clean, food is good. I have stayed in many hotels, I found the bathrooms quite small, also the floor of bathing area is slippery, there should be a holding bar inside the bathing area for convenience.

Even without requesting, as a courtesy gesture to a customer, I got an upgrade to the Ball Room from the earlier booked Royal Room for a reception dinner hosted by me. The staff was extremely professional and thoroughly courteous. Everything, to the last detail, were professionally managed. My guests were extremely happy with the arrangements made. Comfortable Stay at this property. Staffs were good and very Cooperative. Food and Travel Desk's services found very good. However, the room size and dinning area was not so big and that's why you will find too much crowd in the dinning area. Rest everything is extremely good.

Not a pleasant experience this time

Indbh Business - TripAdvisor review

When I reached my room upon checking in, I saw a staff showing my room to 3 potential guests. This was not expected especially during COVID19. I didn't make any fuss and settled in the same room and locked the door, however after a couple of hours someone opened my door using a master key, when I screamed the person left immediately. The guests were very noisy and room walls didn't provide any sort of insulation to the noise outside or next door.

Not my first choice anymore

I have stayed many times in this Hotel. I am a Platinum member so I have good perspective how hotels in accorehotels should look like. I found the following gaps: 1. Although I am a Platinum member, I was not greeting as that. I didnt have teh feeling the receptionist was aware of that. 2. Breakfast is bad. I mentioned it before. Its mainly Indian cuisine, I had nothing to eat in breakfast...just fruits. 3. My room #1912 was facing constant noise from the street/outside. I am not sure the room is isolated for noises. 4. When check out, the lady did not ask how was my stay. Again, most likely she was not aware of my Platinum. 5. Breakfast in 3/5 was so busy and many people, it seemed as the staff was incapable to clean the tables, and refill the Buffet. I had nothing to eat and I was very dissapointed. 6. Until my last stay, this hotel was my first choice in Vadodara, this is not the case for my next visit.
