My recent stay was disappointing, not because of one major issue, but because of the buildup of several smaller ones that made me question staying at this hotel. The room was probably one of the smallest I have stayed in among comparable four- or five-star hotels in India. The AC made the room feel stuffy and almost mildewy at times, which was not pleasant. I also noticed marks on the walls, which made the room feel worn and not especially well maintained. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, and while the food overall was okay, the service could definitely have been better. The gym also had broken equipment, which added to the sense that the property was not being kept up to the standard you would expect. None of these issues alone would have been a huge deal. But taken together, they made the stay feel underwhelming and not worth the price. Unfortunately, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
