We held our function at a banquet, they confirmed the name-board at the time of booking, although on the day of the function there was no display board and all our guests went to different banquets which created chaos. When we went to the manager and complained, they said it was not allowed; Instead there were many other functions at the time and many boards were displayed at the entrance. I argued the same thing and confirmed setting the requirements. Afterwards, I got busy. They didn't keep their promise and didn't even put up a name-board. So, was very disappointing. Moreover, not expected from a 5 star international brand hotel. Second, at the time of booking they said they would arrange 2 tables for lunch, one inside the hall and one outside. But on work day they refuse to make adjustments inside the table. So they both put out the table. So at lunch there was very noisy for my guest. In short, extremely disappointing service and could not stuck to their promise. Although the food was good, and the hall was nicely decorated, clean and maintain the hygiene properly.

We were a family of 10 people and had booked 4 rooms. The property is well located with plenty of food joints nearby. Good breakfast spread. Nice, clean rooms with all modern amenities. Restaurant also serves good multicuisine food. Just that the hotel was busy because of the wedding season which made us a bit curious on the safety & hygiene standards because of over-crowding. Rooms were a bit small in size.
