Anjali and Noor were amazing, having travelled from the UK I wasn’t aware of the hotel checks required where ID is required to check in. I was travelling with my elderly parents. Having left their ID in Ahmedabad, Anjali was incredibly helpful and arranged electronic verification for them both. The rooms we were booked in couldn’t be extended due to a prior booking so Anajali arranged a more spacious room for my parents and I. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A special call out for Anajali and Noor who went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience.
