Vehicle parking in the ground should be in control of hotel management. After 11pm we cannot get our parked vehicle from the parking area. This needs to be reviewed by management and must make changes as per the customer convenient.

I stayed at Grand MERCURE Surya Palace for 33 days, I had a comfortable stay throughout, the rooms were cosy and lovely. The Azure restaurant at Surya Palace had a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness throughout the building was immaculate. The reception staff were always friendly, polite and there to help when needed. Security staff were always professional and helpful too. I would definitely recommend Grand MERCURE Surya Palace!

Electricity was not there for 2 hours, room design was just like Dharmashala or oyo rooms… service of Tata sky was renewed after multiple request… food is average… restaurant services are very mediocre

My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant and memorable. The location is excellent, and the food served at the hotel was outstanding. What made the experience even more special was the professional and exceptional service provided by Mr. Rawat, Mr. Pradeep, and Mr. Rajaram. Their hospitality, dedication, and courteous behavior made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Mr. Dinesh Ghodake for promptly addressing our concerns and for organizing such a wonderful farewell party for all the airport officers.
