The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms are in need of renovation but are clean and have a very friendly staff. The best guy is the trainer Nilesh. a very nice and helpful person and a very good trainer had very good tips. Had the opportunity to train with him and he even straightened my back and gave very good tips for stretching exercises. the food and breakfast is also recommended.

We had 2 our haldi ceremony, wedding and reception at this hotel, and had booked 10 executive rooms in total. As bride and groom we stayed here for 6 nights and experience has been disappointing. Rooms - we were given a room on the 4th floor which is right below one of their party rooms, we had to endure loud noises every day and night as the furniture was moved, events were held. Essentially a difficult time to sleep. We had asked to change the room on the next day and as expected they never followed up they never provided another room. Tip: if you choose to stay here please ask for a room 6th floor and above. Housekeeping - poor job of cleaning the room, had to call them several times to ask to clean the room properly. Dirt was found beneath the cabinets and near the dustbin, shoddy job. Had to make several calls to get towels. Hospitality - non existent. As bride and groom we were the first to check in few days prior to the event. As mentioned above we were given a room which had constant disturbance from the 5th floor. At no point did we receive a welcome card, flowers, or any kind of congratulatory note from the hotel before or after the wedding. However our parents were harassed during the reception to confirm releasing rooms which were not even booked in our names. None of the senior staff came to check in if the wedding event went smooth nor did they reach out to congratulate the couple or the family. This would have been the minimal hospitality the hotel could have shown given its competing with other renowned hotels in the area, but it has constantly shown poor performance. Front desk - inconsistent communication. I submitted keys to a room and checked if all bills were paid and only room was left for checking out, they confirmed that yes only the couples room would be released later as we were still staying in. Still a senior manager contacted our parents to confirm how payments will be made for the extension while we were in the hotel. The front desk did not ask us to make any payments when we checked with them the same morning but our parents received a call for this after making all other payments well in advance. Also they claimed another room was not released, which again was not booked under our name. Events - the decoration was great. Guests had a good time. However I lost a chain gifted by my late grandma. I requested different staff members to check if they had found anything, none of them followed back with me to let me know if they found anything. Essentially no effort was made so there was nothing to follow up. The next day we met the events manager, who came to us asking to write a review for the decor, and had no response to the lost item. All I heard was please leave us a review and I will let you know if we found something. Again we didn’t hear anything. No peace of mind - we had a random guest who all up to our room late night looking for someone, another random guest calling our intercom late nights. Adding to the sounds from the 5th floor, we had lack of sleep. We had requested for a change of room on the very next day when we checked in, but as I mentioned there was no follow up, no changes were made and no efforts taken to correct mistakes. Restaurant - after all these bad experiences one would think the hotel should at least extend some discount, however that also was a difficult conversation. After I told them I will leave a bad review suddenly on the last 2 nights we started receiving 10% discounts, till then we paid for everything. We cleared every bill promptly, no delays, and yet we faced terrible service. This was my fiancés first ever experience in India and needless to say this hotel has ruined the experience. I returned to India after 6 years, and the treatment I have received after having the most important events of our lives in this hotel has been painful, stressful and saddening.

The hotel staff is vey cooperative & Helpful, appreciate the hospitality, Food was good. The reception staff was pleasant and taking care of all its customers with a pleasant smile, even though the hotel needs some bit of maintenance , would come again to this place due to the exceptional hospitality by Shashi Nishant and his team.
