Very poor quality breakfast not enough staff so the buffet had no ham or cheese no orange juice in Spain! And ancient juicer that was a struggle to use so gave up room was good air con confusing to use

It was disappointing not to get first floor room as requested. Food was less than average, not bad, not GREAT. ROOM was OK. Staff not the most personable, not surly, but not warm and friendly. HOWEVER, certainly a good value and I would stay there again under similar circumstances.

The accomodation and our noght was ok. The thing that wasn’t ok, was the breakfast, because I’m a celiac person and there wasn’t anything to eat, well, only fruits.

The check-in was very efficient with a friendly lady at reception. She also offered to take my small suitcase to the first floor as there is no elevator. The room was nice although on the small side. Just one tiny stool for 1 person to sit on. As per usual, an excellent bed and a good size bathroom with walk in shower. Dinner was quite good and again with very efficient and friendly service. Not so the breakfast experience... I came down around 09.45 am having been told breakfast was until 12 noon it being Saturday. Tables had not all been cleared or wiped clean after previous guests had been. No sign of a friendly waitress although I could hear and see several people in the kitchen. I think it was their breakfast time... Selection of food was so-so; no eggs, no sliced cheese, only some cold cuts and some left over bits of tortilla. Fresh orange juice was available but the machine had obviously been used a lot that morning and needed cleaning. Absolutely horrible tasting coffee. When someone appeared, I commented on this and was told that was the coffee included in the paid for breakfast. I could have coffee from the bar but would have to pay for it! I replied that I WAS paying for breakfast. In the end, the young lady offered me a free coffee which was marginally better. This is not the usual breakfast scene at IBIS hotels which I have used throughout the world. Breakfast is usually something to look forward to. This was, however, the first IBIS Style Hotel. Maybe that had something to do with it??

Staff and service especially Alina(please let her know) was second to none. Food was excellent and chef went out of her way to assist us with special coeliac needs. Fab people.
