It was a great experienced staying at Ibis Sanggar Palembang. The location was great and the staff are friendly and polite. I stayed 29 October - 4 November 2024 (6 nights) and 13 - 15 November 2024 (2 nights). Definitely will come back for another stay. Few little things for improvement: * 29 Oct - 4 Nov 2024 : The bottle soap in the shower room was filled up with water, I didn't make any complain because I used my own soap. * 13 - 15 November 2024 : When I have had a shower, the water hole was blocked and the water was over flow outside shower room and wet the the floor and almost overflow to bedroom. I called reception and sent a maintenance immediately. Other than that my stay was excellent..........thanks

I'm very satisfied staying in this hotel. Everything was very closed by. The staff was very very friendly. The only draw back we've experienced was the bed frame made a squeaking noise even after we switched to a different room. Other that that, we're very pleased with this stay.
