Good location, Room is good and clean, breakfast option is not many

I stayed from 14-18 Feb 2026. My room no is 701 and 702 1. One of the room (family room) - room 702 has the smoke smell in the toilet. I was told that it came from the pipe but then I was told it should not be. Want to change the room, not possible as it was full. 2. I asked for extra blanket. The housekeeping never came back. Then when I called again, I was told no more blanket as all the room was full. No extra blanket ? strange. 3. The toilet door has missing lock. Also in other rooms. 4. The rooftop was always closed ? why ? 5. The swimming pool has many broken bricks (grey color). It can be dangerous for young children. 6. The Gym was supposed to open at 6am. When I tried to use it on 15 Feb morning, it was locked. Then I went down to the Receptionist. I have to wait almost 30 min for the gym to be opened. It looks like the gym pretty popular - many want to use it but there are only 2 threadmills. I could not use it on subsequent day. If limited, may be need to use booking - to be fair to others. Otherwise, the same people use it everyday - others have no chance. Also limit it to 30 min? 7. The access card is not good. it was a bit bent. I think should not use it if it is already bent. 8. I asked for receipt - was told to wait until check-out but it was not given. Please send me the receipt please.
