Hotel would be fine, although there are maintenance issues, including water fountains not working anywhere for sparkling water, and staff who couldn't care less. The primary aggravating factor, however, is that they have never upheld ALL benefits, and this, after multiple stays. Whether it is the drink or upgrade, even when the hotel was nearly empty. Unfortunately, this is a pattern among Accor properties, especially Mercure, where they do not upgrade as a matter of policy, electing instead to try to sell a better room at check in for a premium.

The hotel is nice, the swimming pool is still under construction, the location is far away from anywhere except a supermarket.

We spent a few days at the hotel and loved our time in Corsica, able to see Bastia and other places with the train station being across the road. As a family of four, with two young children, the Carrefour next door was ideal. The restaurants and boulangerie nearby were great and the people so friendly, as were all the staff in the hotel. A great location and the swimming pool was ideal. The outdoor pool is being built and we hope to return the use both. The bar area and terrace were beautiful with stunning scenery.

I found the hotel clean and comfortable with a helpful and professional staff. I was surprised, however, that despite an apparent low number of guests my room was directly over a construction zone where work started at 7:00am.
