One of the worst stays ever Cleanliness - ❌❌❌❌ Multiple stains over sofa, cupboards. Pillows turned yellow brown after being reused without cleaning. Dirty bed sheets with multiple hair found at check in. Washroom wasn’t clean either Food - ❌❌❌❌ IRD presentation was really poor . No cutlery. No napkins . No salt/pepper Had to eat cut fruits with hands Breakfast was messed up too. Stale veggies placed in the sauteed veggie pot . Check in - ❌❌ Very slow and inefficient front office staff Laundry/housekeeping - ❌❌❌❌❌No Ironboard in the room. There’s only one shared iron in the corrridor which had black bottom plate completely burnt and rough. Intercom Phone was broken - couldn’t hear anything Will never recommend this to any colleague

From the perspective for house keeping Manjarul were good in client handling and doing their job well. As per our request the jobs are done. Everything was dusted and Very friendly, very professional, being courteous, but clearly stating your expectations with specifics.

Extremely horrible stay: 1. Very bad services - all kind of services, a) room cleaning, b) Room service, c) Nobody at the reception will pick the phone 2. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Even corridors are full of foul smell. 3. Very bad breakfast. Only the fresh fruits are fresh. The Dosa, the omelets - everything at the live counter is either overcooked or undercooked.

Poor Service and stinking rooms

We were a group of 11 people who stayed in Ibis Rajarhat (Kolkata) for 4 nights through a corporate booking. Service: Every day, I had to call them for some or the other missing item such as Towel, Hand Towel, Floor Mat, slippers, etc. Out of this, they clearly said they do not have stock for Hand towel and Floor Mat on 2 occasions ! Rubbish reasons to save costs at the expense of customer dissatisfaction. Stinking Room: More importantly, as soon as we entered the room, we felt a damp, stinking smell in the rooms. They were not at all well ventilated (with no option to open the window nor proper AC circulation). We had to request them to spray room freshners before we settled in our respective rooms. Even then, the room was not at all hygienic. There was definitely some fungal smell that was there throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were not other hotels (approved by our company) to relocate to.
