Hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to Jonker Street and even Makota parade. Room was ok for the price. There was no wifi access at my room 106. No view from my room either. It was facing another building wall. But anyway wasn't in the room much. TV channels were all local malay channels. Probably only one English news channel. Luckily TV had mirror screening so could watch Netflix through mobile phone. Bathroom was clean though there was mould at some places in the shower area. There was a seperate tap that had drinking water near the sink. So there wasn't mineral water bottles provided. Shower was super powerful with a good heater. Room service was prompt. Requested for extra towels and was delivered without delay. Breakfast was not great, it was ok. We went around 10am so not much dishes left. There was a live noodle and egg station. Western and asian dishes available. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall for the price and location this is a good hotel.

Well located at little India. 10minutes away from jonker street. Basic but well equipped rooms. Clean and quiet (5th floor). Shannon Yong needs a mention with his courteous, attentive and friendly customer service.

For the price paid & 4 star ratings, it was disappointed to note that no drinking water supplied, only 1 toilet roll despite the family room is charged for 3, and the body & hair shampoo is the same type. This is not a 4 star hotel standard

Checkin relatively fast. Rooms are clean. Aircon good. Breakfast was ok. Close proxomity to the Melaka river and Jonker Street. Walking distance to eateries. There is also a Guardian and 7 Eleven shop directly opposite the hotel. Only sad thing is that Accor members are not recognised if not booked directly with Accor.
