The Ibis Hotel on Jalan Bendahara has great potential to provide a satisfying experience and memorable visits, encouraging guests to return. The friendly staff and the cool, comfortable rooms are especially appreciated, as travelers exploring Melaka often seek a relaxing and refreshing environment after a long day of sightseeing. However, housekeeping needs to be more thorough and detail-oriented. For example, inside my room, there was a spare pillow covered in dust, which rendered it unusable. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that my first visit during the hotel's opening was much more positive. Overall, I believe that with improved cleanliness and attention to detail, the hotel can truly live up to its potential and offer a more consistent and enjoyable experience for guests.
