We regret that certain aspects of your breakfast experience did not fully meet your expectations. During the breakfast service on the day of your visit, the hotel experienced a particularly high volume of guests, including several tour groups dining simultaneously. While our team worked diligently to ensure that buffet items were replenished throughout the service, there may have been brief periods where some items required additional time to be refreshed. Your comments regarding the presentation and availability of the breakfast offerings have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review.
