It was a pleasure to stay at the Sofitel. All staff is friendly, the room is clean and close to the beach, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the hotel is equipped with a kids club. Hopefully we can stay here if we go to Bali again.

We booked for 5 days, me and the big family. 3 rooms. We stayed at the Suite, Excellent service, we have a butler everyday asking what they can do to help. Breakfast was great, many choices, even we can get the breakfast to our room. What we love also is the kids villa, our daughter love to play there. Only the bicycle is not maintained well so we could not enjoy riding them. Overall it was a great experience, we surely will stay there again next time.

I came back to Sofitel NusaDua again from my last trip in January 2022. This time in Feb 2022, i get special services upon my arrival. Mrs.Yurika (GRO) reaching me out thru my mobile number for what i’ve need during my stay in Sofitel NusaDua. The services from hotel staff very welcome and warm. Thank you so much also for Angga and Indra as Butler for your help and assistance, specially prepare surprise bday cake for my sister. It is really nice to stay back in Sofitel Nusa Dua and am sure i’ll be back again with family/friends in the near future.. Stay healthy for Sofitel NusaDua

Cleanliness in the room need to be improved, during 1st day there still some dust on the table and room condition quite poor. The room condition required some attention (some of part on the floor and at behind of bed is tear off, room is quite dark. Suggest to upgrade the look in the room inside to be more modern. Thank you for the corporation from the staff, I am being moved on 2nd day into the much better room condition.

Very disappointed with hotel service because the in house guest is high but the staff is very less. Specially when breakfast time it is very crowded. Please the hotel manager and restaurant manager to evaluate if the in house guest high consider about the total staff to serve the in house guest.

Felt very welcome as an Accor member. I received welcome drinks and was offered a room upgrade. The room with plunge pool was super cozy. I love that I could take a quick dip on a sunny day with no effort at all. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The hotel itself is good and has complete facilities and recreational offers. The a la carte menu selection at the restaurant was a let down, but the food itself was good. Overall, good stay! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Awesome services from the team, start from the check in process with Mr. En****e Then helps from the manager for assisting our “not cold” air-con at our rooms. Overall very good services as usual, but property need proper maintenance in order to provide perfect comfort as a 5 star hotel.

Sofitel bali used to be our fav hotel but we were dissapointed from our last stay. Service level was bad especially in restos and activities area, beach was boring with too much corals and rocks. We stayed 2 nights at prestige suite for wedding anniversary, and there were an event and we were surrounded by rooms of groups below and above our rooms. They made noisy sounds until late night and it was so disturbing! The pool was so cloudy, bfast was bland. Nothing special with the hotel.

Upon our arrival, we were not getting a warm welcome. The front desk staff didn’t greet us with smile, the check in process was also longer than we expected. After finally checking in our room, we notice that there’s no body lotion in the bathroom. We called the guest service and they said it was provided by request, so we ordered one. After 2 hours, noone showed up to deliver it. We called again and wait. But we didn’t get it until we checked out. The slipper that is provided in room also too thin and poor quality. The breakfast was just okay, not a special one. We tried SoSpa, it was great and meet our expectation. Overall, we were not really happy with our stay and with 190 usd per night, there are many hotels in Bali which can offer better facilities and service (even with lower price).

Proses cek in memakan waktu yg lama karena berbarengan dengan acara Forum Investasi Bali 2021 namun saya mendapatkan upgrade kamar ke luxury room pool access. Hotel menyediakan hand sanitizer dan masker di kamar. Hotel juga menyediakan hand sanitizer di setiap pintu lift dan di berbagai sudut hotel yang banyak di sentuh pengunjung. Seluruh staff dan kebijakan hotel telah mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Staff hotel yang ramah dan tanggap terhadap setiap keluhan dan keinginan tamu hotel. Menu breakfast cukup beragam namun seharusnya ada pergantian menu karena saya menginap selama 4 malam sehingga saya merasa bosan dengan menu sarapan yg tidak diganti dari hari pertama. Suasana di tempat breakfast (Cucina) harap di perhatikan kondisinya karena selama saya breakfast staff tidak selalu stand by di bagian stand yg menyajikan jus,susu,sereal, buah. Lantai di bagian stand teh dan kopi juga selalu basah sehingga dapat membahayakan tamu. Kondisi cuaca di Bali yg saat itu sangat panas seharusnya ada sebagian AC yg di nyalakan di tempat breakfast untuk menambah kenyamanan para tamu karena pada saat itu suasananya cukup ramai. Kebersihan alat makan terjamin karena di pack dengan baik. Terdapat hand sanitizer di pintu masuk restoran dan di stand makanan. Pemandangan pantai yg indah dan bersih. Kebersihan kolam renang sangat terjaga. Kebersihan dan kerapian taman terjaga namun ada beberapa sudut taman di dekat kamar pool access yang rumputnya tidak tumbuh dan daun kering yg berguguran. Kamar no 1001 harap di perhatikan kebersihannya karena ada beberapa sudut bagian di korden, meja lampu sebelah kasur, dan tembok di dekat kasur yg berjamur karena efek lembab, selain itu banyak juga serangga yg muncul. Namun, saya sangat berterima kasih kepada staff dan bagian housekeeping yg menanggapi keluhan saya dan pada keesokan harinya saya mendapatkan upgrade ke kamar suite dengan kolam renang pribadi. Kamar suite yang sangat mewah, bersih, nyaman dan fasilitas yg sangat lengkap, mulai dari kulkas dengan freezer, microwave, bathub yg besar, ruang tamu, dan kolam renang pribadi. Proses cek out cepat. Secara keseluruhan saya merasa nyaman, aman dan senang ketika menginap di Sofitel. Resort hotel mewah yang berada di kawasan ITDC sehingga keamanan dan kenyamanan tamu sangat di perhatikan. Saran saya harap kesiapan dan kebersihan agar lebih diperhatikan lagi agar sesuai dan bahkan melebihi ekspektasi tamu yg mengharapkan liburan yg aman dan nyaman di tengah kondisi pandemi.

Dimasa pandemi ini memang semua terasa berbeda, untuk sofitel mereka cukup baik menjaga protokol kesehatan baik di reception, restaurant dan room servicenya. Hanya saja kolam renang fasilitas tidak semua diaktifkan. Terutama kolam anak. Sehingga anak2 tdk bisa bermain maksimal

Resepsionis tidak komunikatif & ramah. Kamar gak ready untuk check in jam 3 sore. Info dari staff Hendrawan sdh dibersihkan, tinggal double cek. Waktu didatangi kamarnya, baru akan dibersihkan oleh housekeeping. Kita menegur bagian resepsionis & menanyakan kejelasan, tapi tidak ada jawaban jelas & hanya disuruh menunggu. Kata “MAAF & TERIMA KASIH” tidak pernah terucap. KTP waktu check in tidak dikembalikan langsung ke saya, dititipkan ke bellboy saat mengantar koper ke kamar, dan tidak diinfokan ke saya. Tidak bertanggungjawab karena KTP bisa saja hilang saat berpindah2 tangan. Kamar baru ready jam setengah 6 sore, setelah ditegur berkali2. Waktu menunggu check in & check out cukup lama. Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan & service di Frontdesk Sofitel. Buffet breakfast sangat terbatas pilihannya, dan chef yang memasak kurang enak.

Saya bayar kemahalan 1.… 2 malam, total 3.…, dan minta upgrade cuman di kasih kamar biasa hadap kolam renang, teman saya beli pay now stay later 3.… 4 malam, dapat resort credit dip upgrade ke kamar yang ada kolam pribadinya, kecewa berat

Pengalaman yang sangat mengasyikan menginap di sofitel. Kamar yg luas dan bersih namun pelayanan guest service yg agak lama mgkn krn pada saat itu sdg ada acara di hotel. Utk breakfast mgkn bs divariasikan krn slama 5 malam kami menyantap breakfast yg sama .
