La proximité de l'ascenseur creer beaucoup de bruit (claquement au passage à létage) d'autre par la propreté de la chambre est à remetre en question (fauteuils plein de taches marons, taches de café sur les murs et table collante;

Emplacement super chambre de bonne taille mais la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, draps tachés, cheveux d’anciens clients au sol, poussière, piscine sale

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner au 37ème étage, avec vue superbe sur Londres (London Eye, the Shard, tower bridge). Piscine agréable et très bon sauna
