Rien à dire au niveau confort et du service. La seule chose que je déplore, c'est que les chambres ne soient pas équipées de prise europeenne alors qu'on est dans une chaine europeenne. Pas possible d'en avoir à la reception et des explications confuses du type: on n'en a plus, on le fait plus, allez en acheter etc...

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le quartier de Greenwich est tres agréable et merite le détour, nombreux restaurants a proximité. Les chambres familiales sont confortables et le petit déjeuner parfait. Le personnel est accueillant. L Hôtel est situé à côté de la gare de Greenwich qui vous permet de rejoindre très facilement le centre de Londres. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres.

Bon accueil, idéalement situé au pied de la DLR, literie de qualité. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraichissement mais rien de rédhibitoire.
