Accueil sympathique et efficace. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La chambre est propre et assez spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais peu varié. Parfait pour passer une nuit à Greenwich !

Nul et sale Arrivée à 1h du matin la clef de chambre défectueuse Il a fallu changer de chambre Chambre mal insonorisé vue sur les trains et bruit des rails permanent Travaux en cours dans l’hôtel .. Pas de ménage fait malgré notre demande Très sale voir photos

Personnes incompétentes : personne pas du tout aimable à la réception et très lente (30 min pour donner une chambre qui devait être prête avec l’option earlier, mais qui n’y était pas) ; alarme incendie deux fois pendant des travaux ; lenteur du service pour le déjeuner ; ….
