Le quartier de Greenwich est très plaisant et facile d'accès depuis le centre de Londres. Le personnel est très accueillant et l'hôtel plutôt calme. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles même si certains équipements sont un peu vieillissants. Le petit-déjeuner est largement suffisant. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Robinet de douche trop sérré pour regler la temperature. L'eau de baignoire ne s'evacue pas. Les femmes de chambre ne renouvelle pas le caffé et le thé systematiquement
