While we're happy to hear you enjoyed our breakfast, restaurant, and the kindness of our team, we're truly sorry the condition of your room did not meet expectations — especially during what should have been a relaxing family stay. Your comments regarding cleanliness and the bath hose issue are very concerning, and I apologise for the inconvenience, particularly having to manage the cleanup yourselves. Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing such a detailed review of your experience in our Suite 648. I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed the lovely views of the Thames and our convenient location near the Excel Centre. I’m truly sorry to learn that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the mattress, armchairs, and the consistency of housekeeping has been shared with the relevant teams for immediate review. We absolutely want our suites to reflect both comfort and care, and I regret that this was not the case during your visit. To clarify, complimentary water is provided upon arrival as a welcome gesture, but it is not typically replenished throughout the stay unless requested. However, we understand how that may have come across as inconsistent, and I will look into how we can better communicate this going forward. As for the room cards, they are automatically deactivated by the system at midday on the day of departure, but our team is always happy to reactivate them upon request at reception if you plan to return to the room after breakfast. We greatly appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve and ensures we can deliver the experience our guests expect and deserve.
