Hôtel bien situé - propre et calme - Par contre ascenseur pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant en panne...alors que l'on m'avait indiqué qu'il serait réparé lors de notre arrivée : dommage.

Notre arrivée tardive (23h30) n'était pas au top. Carte bloquée car tentatives de débit à plusieurs reprises. Plus de 20mn pour nous remettre les clés alors qu'on était plus claqués.

L'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont corrects. Mais les chambres... mal isolées sur l'extérieur, sirènes et bruit toute la nuit. Clim défectueuse dans une des chambre. Des lumières partout dans la chambre qui ne se coupent jamais, oreillers pas top, pas de couverture en plus. Pas d'informations, de plans etc pour visiter Londres. Et on dit que les Français sont peu accueillants, 😊 nos ibis budget Français sont XXL par rapport à celui là.
