Bonjour, je voyage énormément dans vos hôtels à travers l'Europe, et de manière générale dans plusieurs hôtels à travers le monde et quelle surprise de me voir refuser de réchauffer le Plat de ma fille !! A l'hôtel ibis dockland a London, quelle honte et qu'elle désagrément quand on nous répond que ce n'est pas un hôtel familial et que c'est la règle en uk ! Malheureusement ce n'est pas notre premier séjour en uk et l'hôtel holiday inn avait était parfait a ce sujet !

Le personnel est plutôt accueillant et sympathique. Petit déjeuner assez varié et bon. Il manque juste un peu de fruit. L’environnement de l’hôtel juste à côté de grands axes ne donne pas très envie de prime abord mais ma chambre qui donnait de l’autre côté était calme. L’hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied de Canary Wharf et 5 minutes d’une station de train.
