Very comfortable hotel within walking distance of two train stations that enable quick access to the city centre. Unusually, I was not bothered by noise from other guests, and even the presence of a trainline running past the hotel did not detract from the stay. I didn't opt for the breakfast, as it seemed overpriced (and as a vegan, I would have limited options). There are a range of excellent restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again.

My wife was coming from Canada with our child, in case we all stay together she booked your large family room and me and my other 2 toddler joined. They made us book another room to stay empty for the night just to please god knows who. As if a 4 years old will stay in the room by her self. So husband and wife and a 7 ,5 , 4 year old you need one large room and another room.right next day the front desk charged me 20 euros for something which he couldn’t explain and didn’t understand I paid it just to get it over with. I just wish I booked you through bookings so I can spread the word around but I will be sure to tag Airbnb and trip advisor and other word of mouth methods. I really felt I was in a third world country not Austria

We arrived at the hotel thinking we would get a two bed apartment for the night. This was a ladies trip for four and we were only in Salzburg for an evening. We were told when we checked in that if we wanted our apartment there is no elevator and we would have to lug our luggage up many flights of stairs. We were offered a room with four beds instead that had an elevator….we were told the two bedroom apartment was the same cost as the one room?!!! The front desk is closed at 3 in the afternoon but we were given a number to call for questions. We called to ask how to checkout in the morning and to ask for a morning taxi. They told us they were open by 630 and ordered our car. No one was there in the morning, no taxi arrived. We finally saw an employee around 645 and told they weren’t supposed to be on duty yet. We found a person passing by to get a taxi. I just think we could have better communication and help from a Bed and Breakfast.

Just avoid this place.

Horrific experience. Booked their large family room I have two small children and a toddler. Got there , they still insisted into getting me to book another room even though the toddler nor the children will be in it .so we all stayed in the family room and kept the other room empty this makes sense to them I guess.
