I arrived late after a delayed flight. The check-in staff member was unwelcoming and did not tell me that the kitchen would close soon. The room was clean and comfortable but contained only the bare basics with no information about breakfast options. The staff member who checked me out was helpful and friendly.

Had been to regional Victoria for the day so very early start and very late finish and had to travel to up the Coast early the next day. The room was well laid out and comfortable was able to quickly relax and get a great nights sleep.

You would not refund my cancelled booking.

When you book a non-refundable booking, you have to accept the terms and conditions associated with your reservation before confirmation so you already knew the booking could not be r.. You always have the option to book a flexible rate which can be cancelled without penalty just so you're aware for next time you book a hotel room. Conveniently situated short walk from Newcastle airport. The room was equipped with everything we needed for our one night stay, having a drive the next day we were well rested and the food in the restaurant was delicious, staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.
