Pour une réservation en dayuse, mauvaise expérience, j’ai du patienter pratiquement 1h pour qu’une chambre soit disponible, sans aucun dédommagement, ni de durée prolongée du séjour. C’était la première fois que je venais dans cet hôtel et bien c’est la dernière fois aussi !

Nous essayons toujours de donner les chambres dans les temps, il se peut qu'en fonction de notre occupation et le départ de nos clients ,qu'il soit difficile de mettre à votre disposition la chambre à 9h. Use the hotel for weekend break for Longchamp horse racing. Clean and functional. Location good for metro, 10 minute walk. Quiet in the evenings even thou Rugby word cup was on. Room to leave luggage in reception if your flight is later after check out

Bien situé dans Puteaux et proposant des places de parking payantes cet établissement offre des prestations dont la qualité ne se dément pas au cours des années. Un accueil sympathique ne dénote pas dans ce tableau

Great family friendly hotel

Great hotel for families. Parking is available, kids play area onsite and a public outdoor playground is also nearby. Booking connecting rooms allows adults to have privacy while keeping kids nearby. There are plenty of shops nearby including Carrefour for groceries, and multiple bakeries and restaurants. Metro line 1 is within easy walking distance.

We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed. The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN. It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes. I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.
