Gréât stay at adagio Espalande. M. Iaia arranged ti edit the dates of my stay dur to some Covid issue very easily. I was then greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Pascaline at hotel reception. And I had the lovely surprise to get an upgraded appartement with an unforgettable Eiffel view. One sentence : book eyes closed!! Amazing stay and awesome client service :-) Many thanks to the whole team. Can’t wait to book again on my next stay in La Défense !

Terrible experience

There was a party/celebration in one of the rooms on my floor with lots of people in the corridors, loud music, etc. Despite complains to the reception nothing was done. Couldn't sleep all night. Receptionist called the police to calm down the people, but they never came.

If you are looking for a relaxing well appointed and spacious apartment in La Defense this is a great place to stay, welcoming staff clean and tidy with breakfast available if you don't feel like using the kitchen facilities in the apartment. Good location close to metro line 1 and the amenities around the Grande Arche.

The ubication is very good near of all touristic places and in a zone were there are a lot of offices. Located a 1 block of the metro, very easy to move for the city. Approppriate services for a comfortable stay.

Room for four is too cramped.kitchen could be bigger. Washing machine should be provided in room.

Room small and cramped. Front office good depending on who is manning.washing machine not in each apartment is a problem. Location good. Signage could be bigger.welcome kit of tea and coffee. Powder and milk should be provided

Just a good price

my last stay in this hotel was not good. Usually I book a studio but at this time I booked a room and I must say it is very minimal. Also I scored just arrived that the bathroom mirror was broken and the shower support was broken too. The next day they replaced the support but they put the mirror tape (dangerous). The breakfast is minimal, unpretentious but the person (only one) is very nice and helpful. The position is good, just near the Metro line 1 (Espanade de La Defense) not in the downtown but at La Defense.

Very clean, quiet and spacious. Close to the metro and shops so ideal location. Pleasant safe area to walk around after dark and great to see the Eifel tower and Arc de Triomphe from close to the Adagio. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable and bathroom perfect.

Great choice

The location is in the business district which is quiet if you are looking for activity around you, for me this was a deliberate choice as my children could play outside in the evening. The location was in close proximity to a metro station which was convenient. Also the shopping mall with supermarket was within walking distance convenient if you are self catering. The apartment itself was in decent state although it did require some maintenance. The staff was very helpful and courteous and spoke reasonably good English.I would certainly recommend this aparthotel.

good service but ...

We stayed for five days at the end of our two weeks holiday. The staff are helpful in finding best rooms that meets our needs. We had problems with one of the room, and had to change twice within 24 hours. The location is close to metro and RER stations and shopping centre but has limited choice for restaurants in the evening.

Everything was excellent! Nice size room, with a good size bed. The kitchen had everything we need, to cook a few meals during our stay. The metro station is literally around the corner, so very convenient to go to the city center. Also around the corner, the 4 Temps shopping mall, where you have a big supermerket, and lots of shops. Everything was great.
