Don't go in the cold season...or at least take a thermometer with you to prove to management that in the room are less than 18 grade Celsius..they said they are not allowed to put the heat higher due to government decision..but the prices are higher than in other years

a simple hotel, expensive without any facility good breakfast no plan to go again there, could be much better i can recommend it for one night stay only, not for family and not above 1 night location is good, room size is just ok

Check the photos, is absolute disaster and staff also. No english, no care about the guest. Never ever again. When tou have issues and ask for a supervisor there is never nobody. You are lucky if you'll get few basic english words from the receptionist😂😂 Better to sleep under the bridge than here.

Twice there was small fire in the room once from the heater once from the microwave oven and nobody took action. We spend there almost 2.000 euro. No applogize nothing. No manager in the hotel reception girl was sooo angry. She shout on us as well when we complain.

Good points: It is close t the metro station La Defense Esplanade, about 200 meters. Aircon works wonderfully well. Comfortable beds. Close to the Carrefour supermarket also numerous restaurants. Friendly staff. Bad points: Rooms show signs of aging, the in-room safe was broken and wallpapers were peeling off in many places. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar were provided. Freezer draws could not be opened as de-freezing had not been done for ages. Rooms are not cleaned daily. There is no street frontage so one has to walk about 250 meters to a nearby street to get a taxi or uber, it might not be ideal if you have to do so early morning or late at night.
