The hotel is located about 7 min walk from Interlaken OST station. The room is smaller and a bit dated even for a suite. Overall, it’s a good hotel. The staff encountered is nice and friendly. The hotel needs to check and fill up the bathroom amenities. I’ve requested before arrival. Acknowledged but didn’t delivered. Once requested, the response was quickly and promptly. Breakfast is alright but staff is so busy to request anything in a timely manner ie ordering eggs.

The staff were great, very helpful and accomodating. However my stay was distrutped by extremely noisy guests above me stomping around on the floor. I did complain numerous times but this did not resolve the situation. Reception offered to move me for the night but this was going to be too difficult to move all my belongings as I was leaving early the next morning.
