Rooms are nice and specious. Service staff is polite and very helpful. Bathroom interior can be better, toilet seat can be advanced and automatic, atleast to executive rooms. Ergonomics of basin tap are extremely bad, which cannot stop water spillage out of basin pot. Food in general is good but breakfast dishes needed to be rotated frequently. Same for lounge food. Happy hours in Lounge are very tight, it should be upto 9pm.
