Mostly it’s quiet stay, however it seems that staffs worked only according to standards , they always ignore the customers personnel habit,I have required to send a suitble pillow many times,as my necks is not good,however no matter neither the front desk nor housekeeping dept have ever made a notes about this .if every time I chekced in and find out that the pillow is already in the room ,rather than I need make a phone call, then this is very considerate and value added service

Good stay and well location. More than average on the supply of breakfast and evening buffet. I would like to say 8/10. Still have the space to improve on adding variety. Thank you for manager LUCA LI's warm welcome. Bad experience on room's e-card. It didn't work. After calling service manager, I acquired explanation (card's compatability) and another e-card after 15mins. Catching doll machine in the hall is stupid, loose paws on purpose, it is impossible to catch doll. Not satisfying. Anyway. I will choose this hotel in future again.

It is a business trip with my Wife, as she is on holiday. We enjoy the swimming pool and gym very much. And so does the breakfast buffet. Should come here again next time.

Welcomed with a room upgrade, followed by welcome drinks and a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner by Damien and his staff. Despite some problems with the heating, the warm atmosphere kept us dancing til the late hours. We would probably still be sleeping if it hadn't been for the breakfast buffet....

Not very pleasant stay, as the temperature in the room is very low, the airconditioner wasn't functional well due to the extremely cold weather in Changshu.

Very Nice place to relax after a long day. Great fitness center and the best indoor pool in the region. The executive lounge is the one area that I feel was just ok. The lack of English speaking television stations was frustrating. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.
