Mostly it’s quiet stay, however it seems that staffs worked only according to standards , they always ignore the customers personnel habit,I have required to send a suitble pillow many times,as my necks is not good,however no matter neither the front desk nor housekeeping dept have ever made a notes about this .if every time I chekced in and find out that the pillow is already in the room ,rather than I need make a phone call, then this is very considerate and value added service
