Terrible Check In Experience

I had pre paid my reservation and checked-in online, so it was only necessary to sign and get my key. Instead, my check in took over 20 minutes and was extremely frustrating because of poorly trained staff. They did not seem to know about the All program and statuses at all. Also, no keys were issued at check in, because of an apparent "malfunction". This was resolved at like 1AM, waking me up to hand me a key. To further complicate issues, the shower door wasn't working properly and the bathroom was constantly flooded, not to mention the lack of hand towels. I'm very happy to have had only a one night stay, as it was definitely not the experience I expected.

I’ve stayed more than 30 night in this property this year. One of the reasons why I always come back is the friendly staff - Front desk, reservations, room-keeper, manager and kitchen. They’re always there for me! Great location and excellent breakfast. Great choice if you’re visiting Juiz de Fora!

everything was alright but for the second night they removed the blanket and didn’t replace it so I arrived veery late and had to sleep with a towel

Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. room size and comfort in line with Ibis standard. however, was thrown off by odd sheets size and, specially, scruffy pillow cases.
