Our bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the toilet was blocked when we arrived on our first night. However, when we raised the issue the next morning, the staff were very kind and helpful and arranged for it to be fixed straight away. We also requested for the bathroom to be cleaned again, but unfortunately, the cleaning was still not to the standard we expected. On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they made the check-out process very easy and smooth. Overall, while there were some issues with the cleanliness, the staff were courteous and responsive when we raised our concerns.

It was nice and quite and central. a couple of issues, the water in the bathroom sink was not draining properly. and if the carpet on the stairwells was upgraded, it would add to the otherwise nice experience.

I’m not one to complain or generally provide feedback however my rest stay was pretty disappointing. I travel frequently for work though this was the first time at the Mercure. The room was old and outdated, broken bathroom items, air conditioning also broken making loud noises but not providing any heating or cooling. I thought I was treating myself with room service after a long day of travel but instead I received food near able to eat. To top it off the other guests decided it would be a perfect night to show of their sound system in the car park and play music extremely loud numerous times from 9-12pm. The best thing about the stay was when I was able to check out.

The room was well appointed & clean, although a little outdated & in need of some minor repairs (such as a coat of fresh paint etc). I felt the bed was a bit uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing, as the springs were not good & bed sagged which made my head too low. Otherwise a nice place to stay, I always like Mecure hotels.
