Great spot close to town. Always friendly helpful staff. Never an issue to get room service when i arrive late while working in the area. (And it arrives hot) Room was clean. Plenty of parking.

We always use Mercure Wagga on our trips across western NSW. Comfortable accommodation, friendly service and an excellent restaurant. Meals this time were via room service due Covid restrictions, but the quality remained very high. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Third stay here just this year. We keep coming back as we know we will get a clean and comfortable room, friendly service and a nice dinner (Accor Plus member) with lovely staff (and the nice cocktails might also have something to do with it). Great location to go and explore many of the country towns in the region and stay of the freeway.

Check in was easy and Covid safe. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and quiet. The staff member who was overseeing the restaurant for breakfast was so lovely, funny and nothing was too much trouble - a real asset to have on the staff team.

"Rip off room service fee"

I enjoyed my stay here overall but was dissapointed and confused as to why I was paying restaurant prices for room service to be charged an additional $5 fee. Was happy to pay the prices from the menu, I just felt this fee was unwarranted.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was with the daily cleaning service. We stayed one week and the sheets were changed only once. The bathrooms was not cleaned at all. Several times I had to ask for fresh towels. On 2 occasions I told reception that we would be out so the room could be cleaned. Got back, room not done and all cleaning staff had left for the day. So 2 days with no cleaning at all.

Upgraded to have a kitchen which was amazing as we were there with our toddler and home cooked meals for her and my husband we hadn't seen for 3.5 months was a much needed moment for us all. Thanks to all the staff for welcoming me and my daughter to Wagga and making our first stay memorable. A big RAAF cheers !! Neat. Tidy. Friendly.

The service and food was great. The accommodation was not up to standard. The shower head did not work and just poured water like from a tap. With the unexpected heat there were bugs everywhere. I suggest they put sensor lights in the hall as having them on all night just attracts the bugs which come in under the door into room. The cleaner did not bother to clean the bugs out of the bathroom and had them in the bathroom sink all trip.
