Only negative was the evening where there was a person in distress outside my room and it going on for a couple of hours and having to call the police and feeling the next morning that the person I spoke to at the reception over the phone was fully understanding of my concern for my safety and the loss of sleep prior to having to drive a distance for work early the next morning. I am unsure as to why the doors are not locked of an evening. Appreciated this week being moved to the back of the accommodation.

I approached the receptionist (a guy & a lady) to inquire about the membership as I was pretty sure I was a member. The male stationed at the reception was making snides remark with a giggle.I gave her my email address to check and she said she can’t find any account with my email but when I got back to my room I checked and I was a member. They both made me very uncomfortable.

Great except no hot water in shower
