They refuse to provide a copy of the tax invoice which is required by the organisation for completing the formalities, quoting FCM have advised them not to. This is frustrating because we have to follow up later by contacting either FCM or the hotel to submit claims in SAP. I wouldn't be recommending this particular establishment to others. Although we stayed at Mercure Belconnen and had the best experience.

The air conditioner and intercom were not working when we checked in. After reporting it to reception, the intercom was fixed and the AC started working, but the airflow was very poor and did not reach the entire room. We were told that due to hot weather outside, the air would start flowing better later, but even after waiting, the room did not cool evenly. This was especially uncomfortable as the room has two queen-size beds, and the corner bed area received almost no airflow. Overall, the issue was only partially resolved, and the room comfort did not meet expectations.
