We booked here as we had stayed before and it was pleasant and easy. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping with our head down hill. The air conditioning unit rattled and the pool was green and out of order. Breakfast is ok, the hot food was dry and luke warm.

Room was dark with only window in living room looking at 3 tipped over rubbish bins. Fridge was noisy, loud sound outside bathroom like a toilet flushing throughout the night. I expected better. Cracked tiles in bathroom and blinds that didn’t work properly.

Location was great bed was comfortable but bathroom was not great shower was dirty paint peeling off draws water was not very hot in the shower. Pool was pretty gross definitely needed cleaning

Check in was positive. Platinum status with no upgrade but not and issue. Breakfast offered but as I wanted to get on the road I was told I could not have a coffee for the road as it wasn’t included in the package. Unusual discussion for the receptionist. So many choices in Wagga and not sure I will stay again.
