Although well located, the actual room I booked (had a spa which was great) looked better in the picture and overall the hotel is old fashioned. Didn’t have a microwave and I had to walk all the way to reception and embarrassingly ask them to heat my food I had brought with me. And the tiny fridge had no room in it because of the snacks provided. The biggest disappointment was that there was no Netflix or movie program other than Foxtel... please tell me who watches Foxtel on a staticy TV in 2020??? Could have at least provided an adaptor (eg. Chrome cast) so I could of connected my phone to the tv to watch some shows. Hotels/Motels are meant for a relaxing place to stay and relax, the best we got was a comfy bed. I personally would not stay here again, and my partner didn’t like it either. We will not be back.

As late night traveller who are on the road often late at night we needed to have access to our room via the security box which was great. However, on this occasion we were staying two nights. We did not return to our room until around 8:30pm after a long day working to find that we were locked out of our room. The reason given was that you needed some info from us. There was no text or anything to ask/warn us that we needed to go the office before going to our room. When I shared my concern and mentioned that it was lucky we returned before you closed the answer was "Yes". No apology or anything. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Not impressed with her attitude nor being locked out without any form of communication.

we had a small mix up with our room, however we went back to the front desk and they sorted it out immediately. was great. I also didn't receive my points through the App, if someone could fix that up it would be great.

Thanks for an excellent three nights in Wagga Wagga. I entertained guests in the excellent restaurant for dinner on two nights. My room was very comfortable and roomy with a great desk and responsive Wi-Fi. Very enjoyable business trip.

This motel was outstanding in every way. The Location was very close to shopping centre and opposite to a park ,all the staff from reception to cleaners were very friendly ,and the room was Large and very clean with a excellent breakfast. Well up to the best that we have stayed in over the last 10 months

We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary which I mentioned when I booked in and just expected maybe some chocolates or a card or just something to make us feel a little bit special I mean we paid $200 for one night but the room was very clean and the staff were friendly

My 2 night stay with Mercure Wagga Wagga was very good. Hygiene seemed to be priority during COVID and I felt comfortable that staff were doing everything they could to stick within the government guidelines.

Standard of meal really poor, not as requested, it was room service and half was left out - tried to call but phone in room did not work. Rang on my mobile, missing part arrived 10 minutes later, rest of meal was cold., and not nice. Walked to reception for a coffee - not really interested in m y experience.
