1- As we arrive, waiting for concierge to help us to off load the luggage, security was chasing us, tell us to move the car, for a moment I though I was in the wrong building, but we were not..... 2 - We phone to make reservation for the Pullman mange restaurant, they told us there is 4 and we book the Chinese restaurant, all the waiters dress in Pullman uniform, as we about to pay and ask for member discount, they told us they are not part of Accor..... but everyone is dress in Pullman cloth, which doesn't make any sense, so as the Japanese restaurant, it is really insane, 3- There were Mosquito in the room as well.....

This was our first stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite. However, as soon as we entered, we noticed a lot of dust in the room and along the corridor. We requested vacuuming the next day, which improved the situation slightly, but not enough. Initially, we did not ask to change rooms, assuming there were no better options. Later, while visiting the 17th floor, we found it much cleaner with noticeably less dust. We then asked to switch to a standard room on that floor, which was far better despite not being a suite. We recommend the hotel thoroughly check and clean rooms before handing them over to guests, as dust can negatively affect healt
