Just was annoyed at people smoking everywhere. Apart from that very good location, very clean hotel and rooms, nice restaurant and staff. Even though there were functions in the ballrooms, no significant noise was coming up in my room.

Decided to use pullman for all my hotel stays at this work trip and was very disappointed at the level of the hotel. The room was smelly, the carpets were dirty and how this hotel manages to hang on to a Pullman rating is beyond my understanding.

all staff are very friendly. This time been upgrade to the nice suite but really far from elevator. The internet is still quite slow, I use my 4G was more smooth. The hair dryer didnot work and I left a message, they immediately replace next day. But they put a one which could not be turn off unless unplug the power. This is dangerous. Once again, I appreciate all staff in Pullman. I like them.

1. Check-in takes lot of time, even for Accor privilege members, no special treatment. No courtesy staff in the front desk (referring one or two only, not all). 2. Early morning too noisy due to construction works near hotel. 3. Doesn't have attention to the customer personal detail. My nationality was printed as Afghanistan in the Invoice bill against my name (note that I am Indian, not from Afghanistan). Even though I have given my passport when checkin and the staff taken the photocopy of my passport and also provided my Accor Member Card to staff. How this can even happen in such a big hotel chain. Absolutely not acceptable. Need clarification, on what basis they make this kind of mistaken. This making me think twice before booking my next hotel in Accor group.

1。 The lady employee Carol who is in charge of floor cleaning gives me a very pleasant impression ,wherever guest meets her , Carol always says 你好 with sincere voice and smile that you can feel her deep-heart passion and respect to her job also to hotel guest . ,I would like to give her a five star feedback ,appreciate it . 2. There is no sidewalk zone for pedestrian at hotel entrance , sometimes guests may feel unsafe during rush time

Hard to communicate with the staff. Executive lounge service was terrible, the food consistently cold through out our 4 night stay. Ordered a la Carter at the main floor restaurant and waited over 45 minutes to receive my order which also arrived cold!!

Vivi arranged one of the best view rooms for me on 15th Floor. The view is magnificent. I also was arranged using the lounge on 17th Floor even though it had been denied by the 17th Floor receptionist due to her lack of experience. No worries, next time then. We all have rooms to improve.

When I check in the hotel, the people waiting in line at the front desk jumped in and almost quarreled. The room card cannot be used three times. The attitude of the service center is indifferent, and the duty manager is very strange that doubt I do not know how to use the room card. This stay ruined my National holiday vacation. Will not stay in the Pullman hotel again in the future.

Most of the staff did their best to accommodate for my needs. However, on the booking process, the toll free number provided to make bookings was unable to make the booking. Had to call the hotel itself to make the booking.

The check in was very messy. I understand that technical problems happen but because the keys were not working we had to wait for someone of the staff to accompany us to the room. But there was only one person for all the guests. We were left waiting for a long time without proper information. Why not arranging more people to accompany the guests? Why not offering a drink while people were waiting? Why not telling guests they would have to wait for 15 minutes, so they don't ask every 5 minutes? Also train your staff to handle this kind of situation so they are not limit rude when they answer annoyed guests. Also I asked for non smoking room but had a room on a stinky smoking floor. Had to go down again to ask my room to be changed. Got a non smoking room on 15th floor (though some people are still smoking on that floor too as signage is not clear).

Arrived at 8:00pm after a 3 hour train ride, checked in where the front desk was extremely busy. Went to my room by 8:15PM called for room service and the person on the phone did not understand English, she said she would have someone call me. I waited 10 minutes and called the front desk which put me through to Owen the manager on Duty. He explained they had an emergency on the 8th floor and he would send someone from the kitchen to help me and that I should just point to what I want on the menu. I waited 40 minutes 9:10pm - as I was walking down the hall to go to the front desk someone from the kitchen arrive outside my room. I walked back to my room, pointed my order and went back into my room to wait. 9:45PM-I call down to the front desk to see how much longer Food finally arrives 9:50. The pointing game and the waiting could have been avoided if the hotel had more than 1 person on staff that speaks English. To get room service should not be a 2 hour ordeal.
