My husband and l have a very wonderful 5 nights at the Wenzhou Pullman. We're very well informed of how we get to the hotel through email from Assistance Manager-Vincent before our arrival as well as during our 5 night's stays. Everything we wanted were provided. Everyone at the hotel that we encounter make our stay 100% satisfied Especially all the staffs at the reception namely Aliee; Candis and Tom. Thank you very much Pullman Wenzhou!

Stayed this Pullman many years whenever I came back to Wenzhou. Hard to imagine the difficulties to maintain a hotel in certain level. The building has been years, but still quite nice condition. Clean for my room and public area. All staff are so friendly to all guests. I have been experiences many staff left and knew the new staffs. No matter new knowing or known staffs are natural like friends. They did take care of me during my stay.
