Carstens_Welt Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Absolutely perfect... Totally amazing: Super friendly staff at reception, beautiful and perfectly cleaned rooms, nice upgrade due to Accor Platinum Membership (awesome corner room on 15th floor), great breakfast, perfect location. And: parking! You pay per exit, meaning for a fixed amount you can park as long as you want (totally unbelievable, but true!). I wish all Accor hotels in Australia were as good as Ibis Adelaide.

Everything I check out and you say you will email the receipt, I have to call or email the hotel to get it. This was the 3rd time in a row. Time for a change??

Room lacked facilities

Dear Shane, Thank you so much for staying with us and also taking the time to give us some feedback. I am very sorry if a lack of certain facilities caused any inconvenience - as someone who has taken long trips in the past and had to rely on hotels for accommodation, I certainly understand what you mean. Whilst we do not have microwaves in the rooms, our team are happy to offer this service 24/7 - either in the restaurant or at Reception. There is just one little form to sign for health & safety reasons since we are re-heating cooked food but aside from that, it's no trouble at all! As for Housekeeping, we do have the team working on the weekends, we just do not service rooms automatically. We are happy to clean the room on request or if the team spots the Come Into My World hanging sign on the door. Very noisy,can’t sleep

My recent ibis - Adelaide stay for work was great. The room was very clean and comfortable and serviced daily by the staff. The hotel itself has great amenities, cosy bar area and a great breakfast in the mornings. Parking was easy and nearby, easy walk across the road. Overall, a Great Place to stay for any occasion in Adelaide.
