It was nice cosy stay at Novotel, I have sent one request regarding my wedding annivesary but that was not handled or recorded even I messaged on booking.com and on the numbers provided, also there was a bell boy Pnakaj who helped me out by arranging the cake from cafe for which I paid minimal amount of SAR 25 but if this could have been arranged before that would be surprise for my wife.

The hospitality was good; however, the repeated security checks on every visit were somewhat inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the mobile signal inside the room was very weak, and the hotel's Wi-Fi service was unreliable and practically unusable.

I chose a sea-view room despite its high price because that was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the price wasn't justified; the glass wall wasn't clean and didn't offer a clear view from outside, which was a major drawback to my four-night stay.
