During my stay, the hotel was generally very comfortable. However, there was a very unpleasant incident at the beginning of my arrival that left a poor first impression. When I arrived, I had booked a half-board package. However, when I asked the receptionist, she firmly told me that my reservation included breakfast only. She was so confident that she actually made me doubt myself. I decided not to argue and left the hotel to have lunch. When I returned, I checked with my colleagues who were on the same business trip, and they confirmed that all of us had booked half-board. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the receptionist in order to file a formal complaint, but she appeared to be seriously unfamiliar with the basic responsibilities of her role. Later, another reception staff member apologized to me and confirmed that my booking was indeed correct, and that the earlier information I had been given was wrong.

Positives - We received free upgrades for Seaview rooms with breakfast. Great breakfast spread. Very nice comfortable room and facilities. Great location. Negatives - non fluent English speaker at the reception counter. No spa service although advertised in website. Parking instruction wasn't clear prior to arrival.
