over charged for the room rate, after discussions they fix it next day, room safe was not working I asked 3 times but wasn't not fixed. water leak in the corridor leading to the rooms that was distributed my stay, not rooms change was offeredthe nor apologise for the inconvenience.

The stay this time was horrible as the music from the pool/back yard was very loud until 23:30 and had to call the reception two times to report the loud noise.
