We've stayed at the Como many times, even before it became an Accor property. Of late, it seems to be slipping. It has lost its "buzz" and is looking tired. Our room was spacious, everything worked as expected and was well appointed. The front of house employees are excellent and deserve commendation.

Room was really nice but buffet breakfast was overpriced and on the first morning there was no bacon and no tea. The next morning there was no bread and butter
