Big thanks to Jenna and the team at the Como Melbourne. Just back in Sydney after a wonderful weekend and stay at the Como. The check in and welcome was seamless and super professional, along with the delicious welcome drink. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The bath tub in the room was seriously next level, you have to see it to know what I mean. During our stay we had room service breakfast and dinner, both of which arrived promptly and were beautifully prepared. We also dined in the restaurant for breakfast which was superb. The room also had a perfect work space with fast internet which was perfect to finish work meetings when we arrived. The hotel pool which is indoors (but has a retractable roof for sunny days) was the perfect temperature. The gym also well equipped and super clean. Great also to see a hotel still very focused on cleanliness and hygiene post pandemic. Everything from the arrival, the lovely scent in the lobby, through to the accommodation, food and beverage, facilities and luxury bed exceeded our expectations. Big thanks to Jenna and the team again for making our stay so memorable. You and the team really make the hotel feel like a luxury home away from home. See you again soon.

I and my family have been staying at the Como for 30 years on a very regular basis. We have observed it going a little downhill and unfortunately this last stay will be our last - Rooms were never made up when we returned at the end of day Mini bar and supplies never replenished Laundry bags not replenished Coffee could not be served by room service on Saturday until 7.30 am Some front desk staff were very abrupt

We enjoyed our stay at Como South Yarra. If there was any negatives it was that the daily clean of our room was not very good. As we were staying for two weeks we felt that they only did the basic emptying of the bins and replacing of tea bags etc. They did not seem to clean the sinks , bathroom floors or vacuum. I had to call them in as the bathrooms were becoming very dusty. It seemed like they were saving the clean until after we left , which was too long a time .
