Great Location

We arrived at 3.20pm to quiet a few people waiting in line and only one person checking in customers 20+ mins later booked in for 2 nights we asked if we could use our free night on our Accor membership and was told NO I then asked if we could use Parents NSW vouchers and that was a NO. She then informed us our room was not ready yet and we would have to wait, once we got to the room the kids room was set up as a king bed after asking for 2 singles I was told they would just make the sofa up into another bed why not convert the king to 2 singles and then we can still sit on the sofa. Not happy with my request but managed to get housekeeping to do this..Not sure why but no soap is supplied in bathrooms..

Great location rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and very nice. The only thing missing in the room was a toilet brush to clean the toilet.

Chaotic check in, no advice if change in check in time to 3 pm, no real recognition of being a regular guest and Accor Platinum, no apartment servicing at all and building work everywhere. Obviously not the best visit.
